It is possible to force a Sim to have twins or triplets, or immediately go into labor with a cheat. You can also make it more likely to have baby boys or girls.
The single most popular type of cheat people search for in The Sims 4 is something to influence pregnancy - either to produce twins on demand, have a boy or girl, or just become pregnant without woohoo. Nearly all of these now require a mod, because the developers locked out certain cheats.
The need for a mod does mean that players on Xbox and Playstation 4 are not able to use these. You may end up finding this page anyway, but at the very least I can tell you not to bother to search. It is possible the modifyrelationship cheat works there, but I'm not presently able to test it. If it does, this can be used to get to the woohoo romance level to quickly get a Sim pregnant.
Download All Cheats
Click here to go to Patreon to download All Cheats by TwistedMexi (opens a new browser window). Put it in your Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods folder and go into the game options menu and ensure mods/cc are enabled, as well as the script mods check box.
See the How to Cheat page for info on what needs done to use cheats. In short, Control + Shift + C then type testingcheats on and you're good to go. We will do the following as if a Sim is not pregnant, get her or him pregnant, then proceed to force labor. You can do as many steps as you like.
Make a Backup Save Game Before Doing These Things. Once the baby is born and confirmed not buggy you're in the clear (for the most part).

Confirm Your Sim is Pregnant Before Attempting Twins/Triplets or In Labor Cheats
This is not actually possible without causing bugs, but you can indeed make it easier. Find the suitor you like for father or mother and use modifyrelationship YourSimsFirstName YourSimsLastName TargetSimFirstName TargetSimLastName 99 romance_main - this will max out the romance bars. Have a first kiss, then click a bed or a bush and Try for Baby. This is the closest you can get to a Try for Baby Cheat but it's less buggy this way, anyway.
Go to a toilet and confirm your Sim is pregnant.
This one is where stuff gets difficult, and despite a lot of people saying they do not work I confirmed as of May 2019 it still works with the latest game version. These are just hard cheats to use because you have to carefully double check the numbers.
Get_Sim_ID_By_Name is necessary to use Twins/Triplets Cheats
Use Sims.Get_Sim_ID_By_Name PregnantSimFirstName PregnantSimLastName to get the Sim's ID Number. This should be like 18 digits long... in the case of the above, it spat out 164109787422808036. Your Sim ID Will be different.
Use the Pregnancy.Force_Offspring_Count cheat with the Sim's ID and the number of babies you want to be born. If you want all boys/girls try saving then using the Influence without cheating stuff below (music/food).
Now that we have the Sim's ID, we save the game, then type out the following like this - Pregnancy.Force_Offspring_Count SIMID # (replacing # with the number of offspring you want, keeping in mind the max household size). So for triplets I will do Pregnancy.Force_Offspring_Count 164109787422808036 3 I found this easier to not mess up taking a few numbers at a time and double checking. So I got my Sim's ID number then saved and used the force offspring count id 3 to force triplets. I could've gone up to 6 babies due to household size.

Sims.Add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_InLabor should immediately send your Sim into labor.
Sims that are already confirmed pregnant can use this without the force twins/triplets stuff. It's very simple. SAVE, then type into the console: Sims.Add_Buff Buff_Pregnancy_Inlabor - now the Sim goes into labor immediately and has the babies. We can save again in a new slot to divert it from our original branch in case something goes wrong.
Confirmed they're still working. The Sim had 3 babies as we expected.
To have a baby boy: Eat carrots and listen to alternative music on the radio. Doing both of these during your pregnancy will increase your odds of having a boy.
To have a baby girl: Eat strawberries and listen to pop music on the radio. Doing both of these during your pregnancy will increase your odds of having a girl.
These two can be useful if you are cheating to force twins/triplets or putting a Sim into labor. You need to listen to the music several hours at minimum and eat at least a few of the produce from your inventory.
The pregnancy will typically produce a single baby. To increase the chances of twins or triplets, use the Fertile Reward. It's available from the Rewards Store for the price of 3,000 Satisfaction points. You can also cheat to have twins or triplets, see below.
With the Spa Day Game Pack, Sims can get a Fertility Massage at the Spa or from a Sim who is practiced in the Wellness skill. You must own a massage table to get one at home, but this is reported to increase the rate of twins and triplets as well.

No as you need to use a mod for the cheat to work. And it's my understanding that mods aren't available for console players.

Is there any cheats to have your sim pregnant without needing a guy?
No. You will need to have anther sim who is able to get other sims pregnant in the CAS settings for a baby to be possible in the game.
If you use cheats you can get a baby without a guy
Depending on your CAS settings you certainly do not need a male sim to get another sim pregnant, however there is no cheat that makes a sim pregnant. There are mods that can do that but the vanilla game still needs 'try for baby' to occur.
you dont need a guy if you change the sim's pregnancy settings but you do need two sims.
I tested the relationship cheat for ps4 a while back and it works perfectly fine and is still working great on console!!

No message so just save before cheating and then wait it out.
While most of these cheats work on ps4, I found that the pregnancy buff cheats do not work. I'm confident I input them correctly. Otherwise, the cheats are so much fun to play around with

Take your lesbian Sims into CAS and mark one Sim as 'able to get others pregnant' and the other as 'able to get pregnant'. There is no cheat to 'get' pregnant in the game.

The forcing sims into labor cheat is not working :/ I use base game with custom content and dont understand why its not working
If you go through a loading screen after using the cheat (so travel or go into CAS) the cheat will not work. The Sim must be pregnant before trying to force labor or otherwise the labor will produce nothing and glitch your game.
Make sure you have used your pregnant sims name to get the Sims ID, make sure you haven't made any typos...
To be honest, the pregnancy cheats are all difficult to use as so many things can go wrong. This video might help you:

Use the on a ley line lot trait and it almost guarantees twins

For the people that are saying the buff cheat doesn't work you can just keeping making her happy with cheats and speeding up time a bunch

It literally says in the guide that you need a mod for these cheats to work, there is even a link to the mod from the mod creators page! Consoles don't' support the use of mods..therefore the cheats that require a mod..won't work on any console. It can't really be stated any clearer in the guide!
Wont work for me even the labor one wont work.
Just tested in a new game and the pregnancy cheats are all working as expected. Maybe you have a mod conflict? Or have made a typo? Maybe you didn't download Mexis AllCheats mod correctly? Honestly, without more information, it's simply all guess work for me as to what may have gone wrong for you.
It happened to me to I restarted everything and tried the labor and it didnt work

Hello Carl, thank you for the cheats, most of them work as of March 2021, but do you think that you could show us how to get a 'Fertility' reward in the rewards store?
I always have problems with getting stuff from there.

If you read the guide carefully, it tells you that you need a mod for most of the pregnancy cheats now. So I suggest looking at 'MC Command Center' mod
As an EA member the cheats for pregnancy don't need mods you need to try for baby then do the mod for how many babies you want then you can fast forward into labour
Right, to get pregnant you don't need mods but you do need a mod if you want to alter the number of nooboos etc etc.... so the guide is correct, to make changes to the process, you need a mod.
