Do snack bowls go bad?

I know you can place as many snack bowls as you want on a counter, but do they go bad?

Mine have stayed for days on the counter and don't go bad. If you have a neat sim he will constantly clean it up lol!

How do you get the snack bowls? I have never seen that option.

You have to have a counter island, the kind they can sit at. Click on that, and you'll get the option to place candy, chips, or nuts.

And you also get the option to place them on bars.  At least the two professional types that can be stocked.  Sorry, I don't know if it works on the lower end bars.

I just found out about the snack bowls, quite by accident, lol.  When I have a party, just put some out.   Mine have never gone bad, but yes, even sims that are not neat will clean them up, silly sims.

I would assume it came with ST, because I never really noticed it before and I use to click on these islands to get my sims to dance and just a few days ago I noticed this, I could be wrong though, lol.

They definitely came with Showtime because it's the only EP I don't have and I can't place snack bowls at all.

You can place candy, nuts and chips. It is very cute and come with showtime.

It does fill up the hunger bar, but if I remember correctly, it increases the bar a lot lesser than fruits.
