Moving out

Hi,

I have sims 3 on Xbox pets and I want to move only part of my family out to a new home. But I want the rest to stay at the old home so I can visit them. I have tried this and failed. Anyone know if you can do this.

No, unfortunately if you move someone out they're gone forever.  The game actually warns you of this when you move or kick someone out.  I think only on the PC version can you separate the family and still interact with them.
