I have a question.

Where and How do I get my sim to have fertility treatment?

You need 10,000 Lifetime Happiness Points, the icon that looks like a treasure chest is where you see how many you have. The treasure chest icon also has a button that says Lifetime Rewards. You click it and a list pops up and it lets you select the reward you want. Don't worry, if you don't have enough points you can still see the reward.
