Here is a link to the 2011 Renault Z.E. car, the first 100% electric sedan.   It comes with the Twizzy and Environment Pack which has been out separately.  Sorry, but you can't just download the new car itself if you already have the other items.

What happens if you download this car, and download the items again?

It will only download what you don't have.  I had everything but the new car and that is what it downloaded.

Depends what you mean. If you deleted the items from the download list, then the items will just re-download. If you already have the items downloaded and installed, then nothing will happen. If you're downloading the rest of the pack (and you already have one of the items downloaded), then only the items that you don't have installed/downloaded will be downloaded.

Sorry, I didn't read the fine print at the very bottom.  This is another USA item only .  I really think they should allow these items to everyone everywhere.

It works for Europe too - I just downloaded.

I now have it in my purchase history, however I'm not able to download it right now for some odd reason.  I'm getting a "Download manifest server error," whatever that is.  I suppose I'll try it again later.

I sure hope they're not trying to force me to download that toxic patch...

Are you able to change the language on the Sims site to English-United States?  I know I downloaded the Twizzy(I think that is what the car is called) by changing it to English-United Kingdom.  If you haven't tried, it would be worth a shot.

I got the Twizzy, but don't remember having to change my language for it...
