I just saw this Treasure Hunt promotion at the store:

There's a list of things you need to do to receive a prize set. It's not really "free" because one of the objectives is that you need to purchase a SimPoint bundle. It only lasts from the 17th to the 24th.

Can you let us know if it helped you to download it from your purchase history after you've set the language to English? I've heard from others here that often saves the problem.

I believe that's the Renault Pack? That's Euro only (I believe), and it should appear after setting the language to English-UK.
If it's Toyota Prius, then switch it to USA.
If you've got the language set to the wrong region, it'll appear in your purchase history, but the link will not work.

I'd add that the pack Moons linked comes with a Sky-Diving Rabbit Hole, which you can buy out. It costs $100 to go for a fly, and provides the Pumped moodlet.
Also, a random remote that seems to have no purpose, but you can press a button and be timed out for 134-odd minutes. I'm looking for a point with that, though. I found it in outdoors > recreational items (or whatever the football represents). It's the first item, for a measly $5.

I've never messed with the remote. But thanks for letting us know about the Sky-Diving! I never noticed.

The remote seems to make all the TVs and radios in your location turn on to random stations, and all the lights flash random colors until they finally settle on one. I don 't know if this works in community locations, but it kind of freaked me out the first time it happened because I'd forgotten I pressed the button to see what it did.

I probably never would have noticed the rabbit hole...thanks for mentioning that!
