Free Stuff at The Sims 3 Store

I have it in my game and it does tell you how to get it on Snooty's site. It's only available through the In-Game Store, when you go into buymode and there is that shopping bag that opens up in there, I went through there once and downloaded all the free stuff I didn't have.

Apparently, it's Premium content. Seems to be a fancy coffee machine. Does anyone know much about it?

That coffee machine was a freebie back in 2009 (see the picture from my history below) and it is not Premium content.  The URL you all are referring to with the"igs" at the front is the URL for the store items once you are in the game.  You can click on the login link and it will let you know if there are any items missing etc.
