Strange, they are not showing up in my game to get.  :'(

edit** OK, I had shop mode disabled  doh. But even when I enabled it, it's only saying the fireplace and lamp are discounted, not free??

Darn, I'm out of town and won't be able to take advantage. :(

Twinmum, for these weekend discounts, I can never seem to get them on the first day, but I'm always able to access them the second day.  I'd try again tomorrow.

No, just go into the regular build menu, under lights>wall lamps. It was the first one in the list on mine.

This week's free IGS content: Roundabout Dining Table (under Sort by function -> surface -> dining tables) and Brass Candelabrum (under Sort by function -> Lighting -> Table Lamps). Discounted set is the Storybook Dining Set.

How do these IG discounts work? Do I have to put them on my lot or can I get it and it will always be available for me? Sorry if this was already asked or if it is a silly question.  :-[

It's like buying any other store content - you don't have to place it on your lot immediately; it'll just be available in Build/Buy mode.
