Dun dun dun!  She's not so nice anymore is she!  Wow.  Great update Gogo.  I was totally surprised by this new insight into Issy.

Thanks Rica. I had planned for her to be a snob right from the moment Alice was pregnant. It's good for a storyline and when it hits her, she'll be blown out hard.

Chapter 5: Spooky Age Up
Hailey

With our challenge set Issy and I were no longer friends. The only time we enjoyed being together was when doing homework since working together would make the homework be completed in a snap.
I’ve won another ballet trophy from my recital. I was brilliant. Everyone went including Issy and she was so annoyed!

As I present, Mum got me a dog called Chels. He’s so cute when he’s sleeping.

I love playing and spending time with him afterschool. It’s amazing to think that I would spend time with... Issy. Eugh!

Dad went on tour for his birthday but late when he returned he still aged up, but he became an elder!

He was somehow (Edit in CAS cheat) turned back into an adult with brand new hair and clothes. I like his new look lots.

Dad took Mum out for a relax at the new pool. She loved it.


The challenge was until I became a teen and the day before my birthday I checked Issy’s dresser. No trophies! She had also missed most of her classes so she definitely lost. Over dinner I whispered to her saying I was the heir. She was angry.

Mum and I share a birthday so Mum organised a party for us. Issy was probably cheering the least out of them all.

Mum aged up first and looks just a beautiful.

I then aged up into a teen. I felt so weird when the sparkles possessed me.

I took out the clothes I got Mum to buy and tried them on and then did my hair too.. I must say, I look pretty good.

Later that night Issy came up to me while I was on the computer signing up for art club.
Issy: When I become a teen, we’ll set another challenge. And this one will be for real.
I stammer for a second.
Hailey: Bring it on. Ballet is way too easy anyway.
I regret what I say within seconds as I know she could be the heir.

Chapter 6: Rivalry
Hailey

Chels celebrated his birthday on the same day as Mum and I but much later. He is no longer a cute little puppy but a fully grown adult. He is small though.

Mum’s been working on a new skill, Logic. She bought a telescope for home and practises chess at the park. She spends a few hours learning strategies every couple of days now.

Issy spends time online with her ‘friends’. I think she’s just cooking up a new plan to steal the right to being the heir from under my nose. I won’t go down without a fight.

I spend most of my time with Chels or painting. The easel is in a spot where the paint dries quickly as so much sunlight hits it. I am slowly decorating the house with my art.

Dad is Level 10 of his career but still goes and gets gigs and goes on tour a lot. Mum took Issy and I to watch him at MN8 one night. He is amazing!

One of Mum’s friends was giving away puppies. She was very proud of me (don’t know why) and got me another dog! She’s called Pinky and we had to rearrange my room for another bed.

Pinky and Chels seem to be getting along quite well. They are often chasing eachother around the house.

Issy birthday was on a Tuesday morning so she could miss school. Her birthday was just another way of making her feel worse about her ballet efforts.

She aged up with hideous hair! She was so disgusted she actually skipped eating cake so she could do her hair and get new clothes.


After school that day, the bus doesn’t arrive so I’m forced to walk home. On the way I see a house that was empty yesterday but now has every light on.

So I knocked on the door and a teenager walked out. He wasn’t from school and I quickly learned he and his father just moved here and he would be attending school from tomorrow onwards. I felt an off feeling a feeling I couldn’t figure out until after I left. After I learnt his name was James Crayt and after he welcomed me inside.

Chapter 7:A New Heir is Rising
Hailey

This is my last chapter. Issy says she wants a go and I have no objections. So, where was I? Oh yes, at James’. He was so sweet and inviting. He welcomed me in for some food and drink. He said it was a pleasure to meet me.
I give him a few directions to get to school. Riverview isn’t a big place but the school blends in with its surroundings.

Knowing that James would be going to Prom, I asked him if he would like to take me. I was expecting a no since we had only met but James refused the option of saying no. He said he’d be at my house after Art Class, ready for the big night.

Pinky has aged up into an Adult. Chels seems to be taking a liking to Pinky. They chase eachother around the house and seem to be talking to each other while relaxing. They have also been spending time in the kennel. Why, well, I’m not sure myself.

Issy and I do our homework together still and we are slowly becoming friends, slowly. But she finds while I’m distracted by a particularly hard maths question to tell me something important.
Issy: I’ve thought of a challenge. If one of us win Prom Queen, they are the heir.
Hailey: You’re letting our classmates decide the heir?
Issy: Dad said we had to organise between eachother in any way and the only other way I could think of was fighting to the death in an arena but that’s out of the question, right?
Hailey: You’re an odd girl Issy. May the odds never be in your favour during the next few days.
My last remark surprised her.

Prom came by on Thursday night and only when I arrived was I thinking about winning the right to be the heir. James and I kissed multiple times as I fell for his alluring eyes. He’s so handsome it’s amazing.

Issy had a different time. She was dragged into a fight and turned down by her crush. She was shattered but two things boosted her back up. Dimitri Ivanov, was extremely nice to Issy when she was turned down and at the end of the night she was called on stage to be awarded the Prom Queen Crown.

At first I was sad that I wouldn’t be the heir. But I took a peek at Issy’s challenges and became thankful. Because if I wasn’t the heir, I wouldn’t be able to live with James until I grow old.

I like the way Hailey reacted towards Issy winning the prom queen and becoming heir, think it adds more character to her. I'm looking forward to hearing things from Issy's point of view though! And yey for the HG references!
