How to resurrect a toddler ghost?

I tried Ambrosia and the Genie, they both failed.

How did you get a toddler ghost?? Unless they were already dead in the world's cemetery.. And you'll have to do the "oh my ghost" opportunity I think.

How did you get a toddler ghost??

Two possible ways for sure:  either by having a baby with at least one parent who's been revived with the "Oh My Ghost!" opportunity, or who are under the influence of a "Ghost Potion" that you can learn to make with the Generations chemistry set.  Story Progression will kill infants and toddlers, and you can easily retrieve their remains from the mausoleum, but I don't know if you can revive them with the opportunity (as I've never tried)...so there may be 3 ways.

Toddlers cannot eat regular meals, so it's a foregone conclusion that Ambrosia is off the table for them.  However, they may not be able to be changed into normal Sims at all.  You may have to wait until the toddler is a child at least.

What if you took the Ambrosia and made baby food out of it? Couldn't they eat it then? But I don't know if it would bring them back to life.

I've never tried, so I don't know if it's even possible to do.  Toddler is my second least favorite life stage, because you can't really do much with them, so I don't really have much of a desire to reset their aging process at this point.  :P

Yep I did that, it didn't work. I was trying to make this little girl a Sim again, kattiq she died by way of Story Progression. I was trying to bring her back to life, so she would be able to have a normal life. My Sim did get the Oh My Ghost opp and she's be using it to bring people back with it. She even married one of the people that she brought back, his name is Richter Steele.

You may have to trigger age transition when you see the ghost as a toddler and then feed the child ambrosia.  That's the only thing I can think of actually.

I'll do that I guess, I wish Ambrosia worked the same way for toddlers as it does for the other ages. Thanks everyone for helping. If another way to do it comes up please tell me. ;D

When you say "bring back to life," do you mean that you couldn't resurrect them with the opportunity or that you can't make them into a normal Sim?

Oh yeah I brought them back with the opp, I couldn't make her a normal Sim again. I brought all the other Sims back to normal.
