Fishing skill error

OK, I found a minor bug in the game. I caught every type of fish in the game and the "Fish type caught" shows 103%! It should be 100%!

This is a programming error.  Anyone else facing this issue?

Haha, I've faced exactly the same issue as you have. Just ignore it and move on to other things you like in this game. I don't see a way to 'fix'  this nor a reason.
Let's just hope it will stick to 103% and not drop down to something way below it. Remember what I've told you: percentages are everything but reliable when it comes to skills.

Well, as far as fishing is concerned, the percentage will never drop if your Sim travel or move into a new town. But I just can't believe EA made this fundamental programming error with regards to fishing. It is so easy to fix and there is no such thing has having 103% of fish caught! It reminds me of entering into the twilight zone!

Anyway, I guess I have to lower down my standards for this game, though.

I am not sure this is the right place to post except it does involve fishing.  After showtime or pets, if anyone travels to a foreign destination, they can't bring any fish they catch home.  Therefore, no frog opts or dragon fish opts.  Also if the guest to  foreign lands have fish in their inventory, those fish disappear too.  I don't travel very much because of some of the glitches with World Travel.  However, it seems that some of the problems have been fixed.

In that case I would advice you to use buydebug to plant the missing fishes in your home garden. Than still you can catch them.

Actually, maybe you shouldn't worry so much about things that aren't exactly detrimental.  This bug has existed for a very long time, and pops up every time they add something new to collect.

Yes, this is a known bug which I had experienced as well.
