Where to Download a Patch Manually

I'm looking to reinstall, and I would like to know where is the best place to download a patch without using the launcher? In particular, I'm looking for the 1.29 cumulative and 1.31, 1.32, and 1.33 separately. The official site only directs you to download via launcher. I usually use SimPrograms, but they don't have 1.33 up yet.

If you reinstall, you might only need to do it for the base game. Anyhow, the current advice is to patch to 1.29 with the superpatch, then use the correct incremental patches for your region to bring your game first from 1.29 to 1.31, then from 1.31 to 1.33. I've done this base game reinstallation a few days ago and everything went fine for me. I can't say my game is bug free right now, but there aren't certainly any more bugs than before. So, I feel that my reinstalled game is a bit more stable than before.

BellaClo is correct. At this time the only "safe" patching option is to first patch up from game version 1.1 (default retail version) to version 1.29, then from 1.29 to 1.31 (be sure to choose the correct regional incremental patch, if you need any help with this, PM me), and then from 1.31 to 1.33 (again using a regional incremental patch).
