Pigeon I can imagine as Ginny (phonetically I'm sure that makes sense), but Chaffinch I can imagine as liking her full name to be used. It's possibly the diva trait.

Chaffinch always struck me as a full title kinda girl which why I even gave her a middle name. She is Chaffinch Gertrude remember  .
I have not got a clue what to call generation eight and while it seems like a long while of he or she will soon be here. So any suggestion will be appreciated I have two rules. It has to be a bird name(obviously) and no same initals. So C,K,P,A,M and Q are out. The more unusual the better.

Congrats on a girl! That has to be the most suspense -- waiting to see if the watermelons took effect. Names -- Hoopoe, Buzzard, Hummingbird, Thrush, and then there's Stork.

I suggest Falcon or Hawk for a boy, with a personal preference for Falcon. I just think it sounds cooler. And Skylark for a girl.

Macaw is very handsome, and looks pretty awesome in pirate clothes. Congrats on Gen 7. I'm still only on gen 2, and she is just a child currently.

Ooh, names! I like Rosella, Lorikeet and Magpie the best. You could also use Emu, Frogmouth, Brolga, or Galah if you want something a little goofy.

I could give you the Dutch birdnames, let me think of a few...
Vink (Finch), Lijster, Ekster, Spreeuw (Starling), Raaf (Raven), Nachtegaal (songbird).

Chapter forty four.

My appologies in advance this is a bit of a filler chapter.

Little Quetzal is a very spoiled little nooboo all the adults line up at her crib when it is time for feeding and diapper time. This little girl has to just raise a finger and they all come running.

Granny Rachel gets kisses and snuggles.

But it is daddy who is always at the front of the queue for snuggles with his princess.Even though he is supposed to be making nectar.

There has been another new arrival in the Simself house. Meet Flicker. She just might have something to do with Quetzal's supermax skill.
Before we all knew it Zally had aged up.

She likes the colour orange.She is a very pretty toddler.

Formal wear.

Sleep wear.
I can't decide who she looks like the most.
