Your town coming along great! It is a very good idea to build your own town like that. Are you going to fill it with sims also?

Yes indeed! Making the sims to fit the town is on of the most fun steps!
Very cool! I can't wait to see the end product...err...town!
Thank you, and you can call it what ever you want, town product I'm not picky.
This is so cool! I am like you and find CAW way too complicated, even after watching/reading tons of tutorials.:-[ I love how you are doing this and I can't wait to see the families you come up with!
Ugh... I know CAW is super hard and took up a decent amount of memory on my laptop... I ended up deleting it.

ok, you've given me an idea or more of a project to try. How are you saving this so you can keep going in? this is not something I could do in one day. If I was making a town just for me to use again and again how would I do that?

Well...
what I did is I start with a new game (sunset valley)
Demo everything and everyone in the game so it is completely blank
plan out where and what you want in your town
add lots around
put buildings on the lots
save all the time on edit town.
then when I am done  (i'm too lazy to exit the game completely) so I press the Windows button and my laptop and then it  minimizes the game which I can open when ever I want without logging out, I piece at the project when I get bored.

I hope that helped if not tell me what I missed. This is defiantly not a one day kind of project.

Thank you! I actually have much more done in the town but I don't want to update it all at once.

Yay! Stage 2: Building the Town: Part 3! Today I will cover the Library, Graveyard, Community Center. Kind of a weird combo what That's the order they go in.

SHHHH! This is the Library!
Library Name: Arena Heights Public Library and Preschool
Location: Next to Salon Across from Fire Station

Sorry, this is kind of a bad picture but the Library is in the top left corner. There is an extra building filled with toys and kids stuff that I call the Preschool.

Next up is the Graveyard.
Graveyard Name: ________ Memorial Resting Ground (The blank is going to be a Sim's name later on but I clearly haven't made any Sims yet)
Location: Next to the Library (because the library makes a quite neighbor!!! LOL sorry bad joke)

Like my Purty little graveyard... yeah sorry no gravestones yet.

And now the community center! I think ever town needs a YMCA or Boys and Girls Club type thing.
Community Center Name: The Sim and Sim Club
Location: Across for library and graveyard.
Function: Has pool, indoor gym with trampoline, work out room, and kids play room.

So there's another addition to my growing town! Tell me what you think please.

After this entry I have completed 1 whole road! I know, I know it doesn't sound like a lot but I crammed a lot into this road! I named the road...
Main Street. Not so creative but again it does suit it. Main street in Arena Heights on Paprika Island. How do you like the island's name? Okay, so today I am covering the spa, back lot, and hospital. The hospital is actually on a different road call Paisley Lane. After I complete a few more entries I will post a bird's eye map of the section of town.

The Spa...
Spa Name: Angel's Petal Spa
Location: Main Street, Arena Heights next to grave yard.

Now the back lot of...
Film company name: Titanium Pansy (Back Lot)
Location: Main Street, Arena Heights Across From Spa

And then the Hospital
Name of Hospital: Butterwick Memorial Hospital
Location: Paisley Lane, Arena Heights

Thanks for reading! The town is coming right along, I currently working on the down town Arena Heights.  What do you think so far?
