I made a new save and checked my content on that save and found out it's some of the CC not loading, it appears sometimes the game just doesn't read some of the cc :/
If the custom content is not defective and if it's installed properly, then the game reads it. Computers follow rules; they don't have whims.
Your computer won't just take a dislike to some of your content. That's good news, because it means that if there's a problem, you can fix it!
If some of the custom content isn't loading, there are a few possibilities:
1. You're trying to use TS2 content in a TS3 game.
2. You forgot to unzip, unrar, or un7zip the file.
3. The file got corrupted somehow, either during the download or while being moved around on your hard drive.
4. You're putting Sims3pack files in with your package files, rather than installing them.
5. The content is defective.
If you use Delphy's Dashboard, it will look at all of your custom content and alert you to problems with it. If some of the CC you're using is actually for TS2, the Dashboard will tell you that. If the file got corrupted somehow, the dashboard will tell you that.
So,
Step 1. Look at all of your custom content in Windows Explorer, using the "details" view. Make sure that all of the file names end in ".package" and none of them ends in ".zip," ".rar," ".7z," or ".Sims3Pack." If this fixes your problem, go to Step 4; otherwise, go on to Step 2.
Step 2. Download Delphy's Dashboard and look at your custom content with it. Make sure you don't have any TS2 files or corrupted files. If this fixes your problem, go to Step 4; otherwise, go on to Step 3.
Step 3. Remove the custom content that isn't loading. Go to the place where you downloaded the custom content that isn't being loaded, and download it again. Install it, unzipping or unraring package files and putting them in your My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder and using the launcher to install any Sims3Packs.
Step 4. Load the game.
Step 5. Unless some content is just defective (which doesn't actually happen very often), Steps 1 - 3 should have fixed your problem. If there's custom content that STILL isn't working, then go to the place where you downloaded the custom content that isn't being loaded, and notify them that their content is defective.
