Recipes Known: 87% but knows everything

As the title said, my sim has read all the recipes ingame from the basegame and every expansion, though the amount of Recipes Known sticks at 87%.
Anybody has a clue why this is as it is?

I was wondering what will happen with the recipes. Perhaps it have something to do with the tofu?

Yes, including the once from French, Egypt and China.

Yep, all included.
I've checked the internet for complete recipe lists so I could compare. Non was missing.

Yes, I've bought all the recipes just to make sure and find 4 to read. Must be the four you've mentioned.

Do you use Master Controller?
If you do you can use it to see which recipes your missing.
Open Master Controller, click Advanced, click Books, click Recipes. It will bring up a list of all recipes and if you know them or not.

Yes, I know. And it's a pretty good tip if I didn't but Mastercontroller was the mod that bugged my game by deleting Pets and Showtime related traits and Lifetime Rewards, so I have to wait before that program got updated.

Hmm, I can not answer that, though I am almost sure it isn't.
See, I got similar problems like these months ago and back than I didn't even know what Mastercontroller actually was.

Every one that can be bought at a store, and foreign countries. I have no idea how much that must be. Don't know how to check that either.

If you open the skill journal it should list all the known recipes. Just go through the list and count them.
If he has 53 listed there then you know them all and the percentage scoring is just bugged. If there is less then maybe we can figure out what's missing.
