Strange (New?) Moodlet?

So, I'm wrapping up my Appaloosa Plains story, preparing to move to the new neighborhood, and suddenly this strange moodlet that I've never seen before appears (didn't even get what caused it, my sim was just going back home from the spa and I was in Map View)- anybody know what it is ?

They don't have to be a performer.  Your sim and other sims can pretty much heckle anyone they want.   This came with Showtime & it's patches.

I think's it's kind of funny.  My sim stopped at the grocery store on the way home from work, and then got that moodlet as he went home from there.  So he's hailing a cab and some ramdom passerby yells "Hey, nice apples!  Gardening is too much like real work for you?", right?
