The Goddard DecaDynasty ended with the 2nd Generation not being able to get enough opportunities. The Coddle DecaDynasty was ruined due to invisible sims and my pregnant sim never had a baby. Waiting was something I was willing to do so with a 3 month wait the

Elson DecaDynasty

is finally here and ready to rock.

Week 1:The Elsons

Starlight Shores is a town filled with acrobats, singers and magicians but many also have ordinary jobs. Craig and Emily Elson were high school sweethearts straight from Riverview. Craig is a starting out journalist and Emily is a Scientist but soon that would change along with many other things.

Their house is small and too will be changed. One change will be happening straight away, new looks.

Both looked old fashioned and needed new looks. They too will be getting new jobs. Craig will be a fantastic singer while Emily will stay a scientist until her maternity leave ends so she gets the extra cash but really will be painting till she drops.

They both get a new easel and a new guitar to begin on their skills.

Craig decides to go out and do a few sing-a-grams for free. Didn’t go too well though.

That night was time to start trying for a child. The Generation wasn’t going to start until a child was born.

First day on the job and Craig is loving it. His first sing-a-gram rocks but he gets into a fight with one of the watching sims.


Soon Emily found out she was pregnant.

On Wednesday Week 1, we meet our first heir, Suzie Elson.

Both parents love their new child and spend anytime they can with him.

Craig tries out of an audition at Verde Park and impresses the owner and got a gig!

The gig didn’t go too well but he still was proud.

We end this week with Suzie’s Birthday. Week 1 was loads of fun and hopefully Week  2 will be more.

Week 2: Beginning to be Singing

Both parents straight away know their little daughter needs to be bright and learning the toddler skills will be very helpful. Within a few nights this girl could walk, talk and use the potty like a pro.


Suzie loved her little doll, Puzzle. Puzzle won’t be alive at anytime so Suzie should enjoy it while it lasts.

Suzie needs a little sibling so Emily and Craig got to work. Chimes were heard!

Craig’s first Simfest was fun! He didn’t win but he had a good time.

Craig is slowly levelling up in his career. He’s even slowly getting more gigs.

Suzie loves being cute and loves her dolls too. Although unlike everyone else she doesn’t bite the dolls. Much.

Soon Emily finds out she’s pregnant but she can’t tell anyone since Craig is on tour.

Emily decided to buy Suzie a little present. But really it’s for the whole family. Welcome Rudy the Red Nose Puppy.

When Craig returns, he takes Suzie on the spring rider in the frontyard. She loves it.

He’s grown to a high enough level in Guitar and serenaded his love, Emily.

It’s Suzie’s Birthday! But something more important is happening...

Emily wouldn’t dare ruin her daughter’s birthday so while Craig tries to calm everyone down, Emily has a baby.

Welcome to James Elson!

Emily puts James away so Suzie can become a beautiful child.

Week 3: First Generation Birthday Bash

Welcome to Week 3, or the First Generation Birthday Bash. This week had a birthday from each Elson along some usual antics. Comment which birthday you enjoyed the most.
Now that Suzie is a child, she can begin work on her SuperMax skill. Cooking. She seems to enjoy it.

Suzie tried to sell a few cupcakes, cookies and pies while her father is performing but there was no luck. And came home with the amount of baked food she left with, minus one since she had a cupcake.

Craig is working hard on his career and getting more and more gigs. The Karaoke Bar had a crowd who loved him.


Birthday Contestant #1 is James Elson. He becomes a toddler and wears some face makeup aswell.


The house has been expanded with a second floor and a new kitchen and dining area. Good birthdays will be held here.

Suzie has a devious side to her. She kind of pranked her father by causing the toilet to overflow. Craig wasn’t happy.

Birthday Contestant #2, Emily Elson’s morph into an adult. Craig seems to not understand the physics of a wall.


Contest #3 is the favourite dog Rudy Elson. Now that he is an adult, he can hunt and increase the family funds.

He sleeps in Suzie’s room now.

Suzie throws a slumber party with all her friends and tries out the new karaoke machine with her father. Craig is a better singer.

Contestant #4 is Craig himself. He is now experiencing a midlife crisis. Poor thing.

Our last contestant is #5, Suzie. She becomes a teen the morning after the slumber party. Her friends were still around to see how beautiful she now is.



That ends the Birthday Bash. Vote now as next time we see some teenage skilling.

Having a head stick through the wall is fun but showing off your new figure to potential future mates is also enjoyable.  Hard decision!


Great start to a new family.  I always enjoy reading your stories and seeing your interior design.  Suzie seems to be a great mix of both of her parents.  I can't wait to see who James takes after.

Thought ou guys should know Suzie's traits: Artistic, (first thought she would do painting but changed my mind) Ambitious, Natural Cook and Friendly. Does anyone know a good trait for her to have since she is going to work in the Culinary career?

Maybe bookworm so that reading the recipes takes less time?  Also - I would suggest finding someone who works at the diner and bistro now to start learning recipes for free before she hits YA.
