Here's a link to the SimPrograms information and the SimsVIP information. There are only three pictures. The furniture all looks like candy and ice cream. Apparently there are going to be three new venues (pool, park, hangout)--not something I'm particularly interested in.  I can only see one new hairstyle, but it doesn't look like one I would use. There are "cotton candy trees?"

Oh, and it's the same price as an EP? I don't even see any mention of premium content! I know there are only three pictures, but I'm not impressed yet. There better be a LOT of stuff in this thing if they're selling it for $40.

I'd buy it, some of the candy stuff will go nice in a kids room. :)

I agree, but I'm a real sucker for cute hairstyles. I'm going to need more screenshots before I make my mind up. I can't imagine what is in this that makes EA think it's worth the same as an EP.

Unless it's just what is on the box that adds the price.  :-\

I'm thinking this goes along the line of the Holiday pack from Sims 2, where there were also added features, you would typically get from an EP. I really love the bedroom, though. I have the childish trait, and I'm a sweets person, so I'm naturally interested. I'll be redecorating the Sheen Household with these items for sure.

Very smart EA! I've been begging for fanciful themes on here and your official Sims 3 forum for the longest time, and now you given it to me! I love fanciful themes, and treating my Sims to frivolous items. Sure the game is rated T for Teens, but even children under 10 like to play! The candy land theme can really help my family friendly stories, on this family friendly site! Sims is about escaping reality, not about playing it! So, maybe this stuff pack can remind us why we love to play Sims in the first place, to escape real life! I am looking forward to using this stuff pack. It will make the game less realistic, which I like.

I saw a price of € 29.95 shown at Sims VIP.

I'm not sure if this is correct....because it just seems wrong. I used a currency converter of euros to USD and this is what the converter came up with

€ 29.95 = $ 39.7795

Is this possible? An SP that costs as much as an EP?

Theoretically.  Since it's a licensed product, Katy Perry needs to get her cut.

I've never gotten a stuff pack, but i'd rather jump off the Grand Canyon than buy this one. And my other post with the "__ Should be a SP" was biased and opinionated, I didn't mean it..just a joke T_T. It'd be cool to see that rare oppurtunity happen.

I tend to have loud opinions. So sorry. I got tons of issues, lol. I can also be found on Yahoo! Answers.

Hmmm...you realize that The Sims is a life simulator, right?  :P

To me, this looks like absolute garbage. I can not think of 1 reason I would want to own a candy bed or chair or whatever. The lots look sloppy. And if it costs 40$... I might as well just get Master Suite.

Hey guys I'm taking an extended hiatus... again. I'm out of ideas to build houses and I don't have as much fun designing homes like I used to; it feels more like a chore. So that's where I'll be, I will probably be back sometime. :P

Of course, I know that! I've been playing it on and off for a long time! I don't mind where it's a little realistic, but I think having rules and making my Sims earn stuff, is a bit too far.  ;)

I'll end up buying it. As always.  ;D When HELS first came out, as the first SP and I was new to the game I couldn't understand why people would buy stuff just for stuff, but now the further we get into the series, the more stuff I want!
