Editing Vacation Towns

Well. . . . that IS the question - How do I edit a vacation town? My WA booklet says they can be edited and even gives directions to edit them but when I follow the directions it won't allow it without a cheat.

Does anyone here know the cheat to edit vacation towns? Or do you know I missed?

What happens when you go into Edit Town from the menu button?

Go into edit town mode normally in SV or RV then in the top left or right there are 3 pictures of an Eifel Tower, Pyramid and the Chinese gate thing. Take your choice and click on the one you want to edit!

The tombs in vacation towns can't be edited without a cheat.
