Why Is My Sim Being Booed?? (Sims 3 Pets Xbox)

My sim went to visit a neighbor family for the first time.  As soon as she got there, they all gave her a thumbs down and was booing her.  She isn't a loser or evil or anything like that, and they aren't either.  Does anyone have clue?  Also sometimes my sim, not necessarily this one, would go somewhere and the other sims would make out like they stink, and they don't.  Someone enlighten me please

I'm on a PC but I'll have this happen to my sim after they start gaining celebrity stars. More so if they have been publicly disgraced or falsely accused of something.

She is just a housewife who is going for the perfect Garden wish.  I just changed her loner trait with the friendly trait.  I just wanted her to get out and meet some people since her wish is close to being completed.  The only thing she ever did was scold another neighbors dog for digging in her yard.

The Sims doing the booing might have the Inappropriate trait.

No, I know this family from another game save.  The father might have a problem, but I know the mother and daughter are okay.  I am just going to chalk this up as another one of those sims things.  I am not going to dwell on it.
