Haha, the last two updates were just amazing! I'm loving this Dynasty the most so far!

Artie: "Hey big boy.  You ready to blow out your candles and become even bigger?"
Ares: -gasp- "It's my birfday!"
Artie: "It sure is.  And Daddy got you something great!"
Ares: "Yay Daddy!"


Artie: "I can't believe you're growing up so fast."
Christin: "Guests are arriving!"
Artie: "If you're ready then I am.  Let me go greet the vampires and give them fruit to eat."


Christin: -thru bear- "My name is Harry and I'm a panda."
Ares: -giggles- "Hi Harry."
Christin: -thru bear- "I come from China.  Would you like to go to china one day?"
Ares: "Yes! "
Rica: "Christin.. what are you promising him?"
Christin: "It's not me. It's the fireflies."
Rica: "Sure it is.. Cake time!"


Cheyenne: -mumbles- "I can't believe those silly time wardens.  Running me off in the middle of a perfectly good banquet!"
Rica: "Hey nice new threads but you're late"
Cheyenne: "What?  Oh yes. I was in the middle of something when the time police came crashing in and made me have to slip back home. "
Rica: "You're missing the party!"
Cheyenne: "I know.  If they had just let me stay a little while longer, I'm sure it would have been magnificent."
Rica: "No.  Ares' birthday party!"
Cheyenne: "I completely forgot. I'm hurrying."


Christin: "Whoo!"
Artie: "That's it.  Blow really hard, buddy."
Ares: "Pfbbt"


Artie: "What on earth are you people staring at over here? Don't you know my son is having a birthday!  Friday don't make me fire you."
Ares: "Whee!"
Christin: -dancing- "Go fireflies go!"


Rica: -giggles-
Baxtor: "He grew up cross-eyed!"
Bella: "I think that's temporary."
Cheyenne: "I hope so."
Artie: "I don't get it.  There's nothing over here to stare at."
Ares: "Hey! What's my birthday present?"


Rica: "New Clothes!"
Ares: "No!  Not from you!  I meant from my Dad!"
Rica: "Look I got you a ducky!"
Ares: "Dad!  She's being weird, can't we find a way to lock her in a dungeon or something."
Artie: -sniffles- "I'm so proud."
Rica: "Keep it up spawn and I'll go into buy mode and take all of it away."


Artie: "Here ya go son.  A new playground."
Ares: "Wow!  This place is cool!"
Rica: "It's only because we can't do anything towards your supermax as a child.  Now grow quicker."
Artie: "Rica don't be rude."
Rica: "You're the one who got all boring and immortal."
Baxtor: "You know… you're right.. he is kind of boring now."
Artie: -raspberries- "Pfbbt."


Cheyenne: "Thanks for the recolor Rica."
Rica: "It felt weird to see you in anything but red."
Buzz: "I said the same thing!"


The family who chainsaws ice together… stays together.


Rica: "Don't hurt yourself.  You're kind of fragile nowadays."
Cheyenne: "I won't.  I'm not that fragile."
Rica: "That's what you think."


Dakota: "Do you think I'm pretty?"
Rica: "Of course I do!"
Dakota: "Thank you.  I couldn't find a date for the prom."
Rica: "That's ok.   I didn't have a date for my prom and I had a great time.  I'm sure you will too."


And She did.


Buzz: "Well that went by fast.  "
Rica: "I know.. Level 10.  Oh and I see Dakota coming home."
Buzz: "Are you implying that I stayed awake to wait for my baby girl to come home?"
Rica: "I'm not implying anything.  I'm saying that you did."
Gnomes: -giggles-


Rica: "What are you doing?"
Christin: "Hopscotch"
Rica: "Why?"
Christin: "The fireflies and I are trying to max out athletics this way."
Rica: "I think it will take the rest of my life for you to hit 10 at this pace."
Christin: "Maybe but it's work time anyway."
Rica: "Have fun!"

Someone needs to tell the game developers that--every time my Sims go to prom solo they get in fights and get rejected, and when they have a date it's all bliss...but I'm sure Dakota will be fine.

For those that don't know, I've been going through some family changes.  Last week I moved from my native Virginia to my sister's house in Georgia where there was a new & shiny computer for me!  I've been struggling to get Sims set up on it and having an issue here and there.   I have enough material on my old computer for updates almost up to Ares Adult birthday.   I've just been slow with getting the updates done because my new job is babysitter slave for my sister and her husband while I get settled in.   A four year old and a four month old seem to want my attention all the time!   The stories will be coming back soon!  If I can get a breather in before I crash to bed, I might even update tonight!

Rica: "What happened to hopping your way up to 10?"
Christin: "Artie talked to the fireflies and they agreed to let me try the chin up bar.  It was so much easier to do it this way."
Rica: "I know.  Congratulations.  Now all we have to do is get you 2 more promotions!"
Christin: "I'm so excited.  I think I might get one tonight. "
Bella: "If you don't get arrested."
Rica: "Shoo! Bad Kitty!"


Ares: "Whoa.. heh"
Rica: "Don't fall off the couch."
Ares: "Ricola! I'm not on a couch.. I'm in a race car!"
Rica: "Whatever you say kid.  Just don't fall off."


Artie: "And that's how you become big and strong like me."
Ares: "Why can't I do that now?!" -whine-
Rica: "Because you're still a kid!"
Ares: "Who asked you?! I want to do it now!"
Rica: "… That's two."
Artie: "Oh .. Oh.. No you're not."
Rica: "Oh Oh.. Watch me."
Baxtor: -sniggers-


Ares: "All hail me!"
Bella: "Oh brother.."
Rica: "Give him a break.. he can't do his skill for several more days."
Baxtor: "Yes but he's running out of new things to do to keep busy."
Ares: "Do you people mind?! I'm trying to rule the world here."


Dakota: "Whoo!  How's that for record timing?"
Rica: "I'm fairly certain you've beaten some kind of Sim record.  Maybe not globally but definitely in my world."
Dakota: "Thanks!  Now only 10 more ice sculptures to go."
Rica: "You sure it's 10?"
Dakota: "I think so.  I'll check later."


Buzz: "AHHH!  Clear out of the way!"
Rica: -giggle- "Hot Cross Buns"
Cheyenne: "That's a horrible joke.. but he does have great buns."


Ares: -roars- "Here kitty kitty."
Rica: "No.  Just no."


Rica: "You two live positively stimulating lives."
Baxtor: "We know.  When you're born with maxed hunting, it's hard to find that as something fun to do."
Bella: "I like this mouse and it's funny to watch Artie fall down the holes."


Rica: "Gah!  Another one!"
Artie: "What can I say.  I'm gifted."
Rica: "You're doing this to make me mad aren't you?"
Artie: "Would I do that?"


Rica: "Now what are you doing?"
Artie: "The paparazzi with the frankenstein bride haircut makes an excellent target."
Rica: "Just don't break any of the sculptures!  We can't make new ones of Alexander or Patricia."
Artie: "No worries.  I haven't missed her yet."
-crash-
Artie: "Whoops."


Artie: "Wow.. that one really went a bit further than I thought it would."
Uno the Gnome: "That's because you're looking in the wrong direction."
Other gnomes: -creepy laughter-


Rica: "I leave you alone for one moment!"
Bella: "Oh come on.. this toilet is just happy someone is sitting on it.   No one uses these things." -splash-
Rica: "That's not the point."
Bella: "Take your points somewhere else."
Rica: "Fine but only because I feel my attention is needed elsewhere."


Buzz: "Check it out.  My first masterpiece."
Rica: "And it's a Rocko.  I'm putting it over here for you."
Buzz: "Why a Rocko?"
Rica: "It's an inside joke you wouldn't understand.  And since rocks are a bit cumbersome in this tight spot - how about a rose bush?"
Buzz:  "Red for Cheyenne's favorite color."
Rica: "You got it, dude."
Buzz: "You are so weird."

Rica take your time. If your four year old toddler is like my nephew...you can't play sims around them. My nephew thinks Sims are funny and just stares and laughs at them. He insists on "I do."

I love the shot with the planet in the background. All in all Lunar Lakes is one of my favorite towns.

Rica: "What a great way to start your last day as a child.  Got any other plans little dude?"
Ares: "The day is only just beginning!"


Rica: Next victim… anyone who sits in the living room.


Ares: -evil giggles-
Rica: "No one ever uses the sink."
Ares: "They will after I break the dishwasher."


Rica: "Artie! Your devil spawn is making mischief today."
Artie: "Good good.  Let's hope he gets it out of his system."
Rica: "Hey nice suit.. You really don't care huh?"
Artie: "Nope.. hey think we could recolor this?"
Rica: "Sure why not."


Artie: "Ahh much better.  "


Rica: "You're getting pretty good at that kid."
Ares: "Thanks!"
Baxtor: "You haven't seen the best part."
Rica: "What's the best part?"
Ares: -gets up and stomps around the sandbox destroying all of the sand sculptures-
Rica: "I'm concerned."
Bella: "I think it just means he's not going to be an architect."


Wiggles and Ares are now Best Friends!
Ares: "Ok Wiggles.  You know what to do.  I'm counting on you buddy."
Rica: "Hey now.  What are you two cooking up?"
Wiggles: "Scatter!"
Ares: -runs away-
Rica: "I was talking to you! Wiggles don't make me bury you somewhere!"


Ares: "Hey this is still fun!"
Rica: "You're supposed to be sleeping!"
Ares: "Oh come on.  Do I have to?  I'm only an hour away from being able to use a cake."
Rica: "I promised your parents I wouldn't let you cake without them.  You have to wait for morning."
Ares: "Aww man.  You sure?"
Rica: "Yes.  They're both at work and I'm betting while I can't actually harm you.  As soon as you're a teenager, they can!"
Ares: "Fine!" -stomps off to his room-


Dakota: "Twenty-five. "
Rica: "Nice use of the moodlet manager there chickie.  Now if you want you can take a break until cake time?"
Dakota: "What time is it?"
Rica: "O'Dark thirty.  AKA 5 AM"
Dakota: "Wow another night spent sculpting.  Yeah I think I'll just paint a little something."
Rica: "I said take a break!"
Dakota: "That is taking a break!"


Ares: "Whoo! It's about time!"
Cheyenne: "Whoo! Now you can finally do something around here!"
Christin: "I can't believe my baby is growing up."


-crowd gasp-
Ares: "Serious?!  What is with the bad hair!"
Rica and Gnomes: -giggles-
Artie: "Woman!  Fix it!"
Rica: "In good time my little red friend." mwahahahahah.


While the family eats a meal together for the first time, Little Wiggles becomes Big Wiggles.
Wiggles: "Whee!"
Rica: "You know I can't allow you to stay roaming free."
Wiggles: "Oh yea?  What you gonna do about it?"
Rica: "Make Ares take a nap so you have to go back into doll form and delete you."
Wiggles: -gasp- "You're evil."

Ares: "Riiicolaaa"
Rica: "That is not the way to get me to do what you want.  However, I can't look at you in cornrows any longer.  Get over here."


Rica: "Why does your favorite color have to be red?!"
Ares: "Suck it up woman."
