Happy Birthday Karen and Kerry! I've always thought Karen looks like she should be a vampire. Kerry looks really nice as an elder and Tris, well he's just plain old insane.

I hadn't thought about her as a Vampire, I see what you mean though. 

Awesome updates! Orange goes with blue! Like, kind of turquoise blue. They look nice together. Rue is beautiful! I did miss the Jades. In fact, I've been suffering from very serious Jades Withdrawal Symptoms.

(What do you mean those symptoms don't exist? ...I'll have you know that Tristan believes they do! )

Thank you Fez! Tris says they do exist, then again he would say that because his whole head has withdrawal symptoms.

Chapter 18 - Celebrations, a Farewell and a Destination

"It's myy Biiirthdaay!"

Well happy Birthday Tris, make a wish but keep it reasonable.

"Okey! I wish for ... Can I get a pet Mermaid?"

Umm. No. Why would you even want one?

"Oh, not important then."



Wrinkle time, hehehe!

"I'm too awesome for wrinkles."

That's what they all say...



"Ooof, my back hurts."

That's is to be expected I'm afraid.

"What about your earlobe hurting?"

Well, it is you we're talking about.. Even the unusual is to be expected.



"Hey, I don't look too bad! I look the same as I did years ago!"

It's a fake mirror.. Now let's see what we can do about your hair. Grey hair and your eyes just are not as awesome as your gingery hair colour. I actually had forgotten you've got Hank's hair colour.

"Who's Hank?"

Trying to remember if he was alive when you were or not. Anyway he's Grandpa George's Dad.

"Oh yeah.. I heard about that dude. He sculpted non-stop and lived on caffeinated beverages."





Sadly ageing is not something everyone can avoid and we now say farewell to Cat Jade. The first pet to ever die in my games. We never really saw much about her or any of the cats, she gained the red ghost because she had under 10,000 LTHP but in total had earned 15,000 in her lifetime.





"I'm going to miss Cat. She was the best cat around called Cat."

She lived a long time though, she had a great bond with Dog, Ferret and Rabbit. She also got that washy thing so no more fleas!



Rue is next to have her birthday. Finally we'll be able to travel and then get her supermaxed easily!

*Sniff* "My cupcake is growing up.."





As soon as Rue had finished eating her cake and received her makeover it was off to France to get the vital item for supermaxing her Cooking Skill - The Cheese Plate.

"What? I find my Bunny suit comfortable to fly in. Don't judge me."





Kyle also had an opportunity to complete by interviewing some French dude. It wasn't vital for anything but he did it because we were going to France anyway.



Sometimes I wonder why only Tris can talk to me, must be something the Unicorn did..

"Unicorn..." *Twitch. Twitch.*

Rue was just looking around for free nectar really. She went there with Karen to buy the Nectar maker and for Karen to harvest the special grapes for when or if I have a Nectar Immortal.



Whilst Rue may not be Insane she is neurotic, which created a cool picture I think.

"Poor Cupcake, not insane. Life must be tough for her."

Trust you to think that.



"So you want one of my paintings? You can pay me in mermaids"

They don't exist so he can't pay you in Mermaids!



This happens every time in France. That fire must be doused in petroleum or something.

"What does it taste like?"

Like diesel.

"Oh right, so not very nice."



Thank fully one sim in the world is Brave. I just wish that Rue wouldn't stand so close the flames!

No she doesn't really. Well she never really expected it to happen and neither did I. She was friends with a guy and then at a party he came over and flirted with her and then her wish panel exploded.  Thank you!

Chapter 19 - About the Dynasty

"It's mostly about me though, well I'm the one everyone is going to be talking about."

If I didn't agree I'd say you were snobby but I guess you're right..

"Of course I am. When am I not?"

Do you really want me to list the times when you were wrong?

"On second thoughts.. No.."



What are you eating by the way, I already know but you should tell everyone what it is.

"It's too salty.. It's supposed to be that Ambrosia stuff but there is far too much salt."

Yep, you're ready for Ambrosia!



"It stinks.."

Tris, I got Rue here for you to tell her everything.

"What? Why can't you? You're the one who knows everything."

She can't hear me remember...

"Oh yeah, I forgot abo.--"

"Daddy? Who are you even talking to and why can't I hear them when I clearly can? Don't tell me I'm going nuts like you.. Oh great."

"I'm not crazy! Ah! Someone can hear it! I told them all..."



No, no you're definitely Crazy. You just happened to be right about me.

"Someone tell me what the llama is going on.. Are you telling me I'm hearing the voices my father hears?"

Haha, Nope. Nobody but him can hear those voices. I'm the one he tries to ignores but can't. Let's just say I've known him for a long time.. A very long time.

"So.. who and what are you?"

My name is Tom, I'm your Watcher. Basically I make things in your life happen. Your Father is what they call a Founder. You see, you kind of have this Immortal Blood stuff in your veins..-

"Icky stuff it is. Even the vampires don't like it.."

So Rue, you're Father is now an Immortal. He has eaten the food of Immortality that one day you, your child and so on will eat it until the eighth eats it. Roughly about eight generations older than you you will find a Woman called Dianna Jade, she started it all. She tried several times but failed, then her Great-Grandchild attempted the challenge for Immortality, she failed and your Father - her Great-Grandchild, started his own. He has failed once already but was rescued..-

"Immortal-napped by a Unicorn. Foul creature."

Who's telling this story, feel free to take over Tris.

"My life, my story but you can tell it."

Thank you. Now he has begun again. Now you may ask why..-

"Yeah, why do all this?"

There are many reasons for Immortality. Some do it for the challenge, others to return to their homes and families, others to save the World. Dianna did it for the challenge, back then she had no idea of the repercussions. Those that fail can be captured by the Reaper. Once captured they are held for eternity. This happened to the Jades. If your Father completes this challenge, he will free them.

"Okay, so what do I have to do?"

Not much actually, you've already done a lot of it.

"Oh, that's great. So the worst is over?"

Not quite.. Unlike your Father you have an extra responsibility.. How do you feel about childbirth?

Chapter 20 - The Best Kind of Love

"So... This immortality thing. My Mother is going to die, as well as Karen and Kyle?"

Yeah that's often conceived as the major negative of the Dynasty. Just remember that they always live out happy lives in a Dynasty, even if they never thought they would want to paint they do by the end of it. I don't actually know what you say at a Graduation, do you say Congratulations, Well Done or something like that?

"I never got to graduate.. "

You'd probably of won the insane award and a Valedictorian because you were a genius back then.

"I got a Valedictorian and most likely to save the world, not sure how since I want to be a chef but heh."



Metro banned Genies from living in the household but this one didn't get the memo, he's glitched out of Tris' Lamp and practically lives in the house but isn't part of the household. Even resetting him is only temporary.



Cat had over 15,000 LTHP when she died. Yet only 5,000 unspent so she got the red ghost, shame but oh well. I needed the Shower for Pets.

"It's a good shower."

Tell me you didn't use it...



"Daddy, is my food really that bad? So bad you have to look through the rotten apples from Karen's garden?"

"Noo, noo I'm looking for something."



"Finally, I've seen enough cheese this last few days."

Oh, nothing says relaxation than being supermaxed.

"So what now?"

Hmm, you've got to make some more best friends, do about five more opportunities, max the culinary career - Oh and pop out a child., preferably with your eyes, although apparently it's out of your control but try and think 'Have my eyes' all the time when pregnant.



"Waah, this never gets old!"

Neither will you, hohohoh. Well you are already but you won't get older. Tris got another lamp because we want to try and release Hans Cutler but I'm not sure if the relationship ever changes between them.



The extra child had it's birthday today.

"The extra child? Why do you talk about Kyle like that?"

Well he isn't serving a purpose in the Dynasty so he's like a vase, there for decoration but not a real purpose.





"This whole Dynasty thing is a lot to take in, I mean... I'm going to see my Great-Great-Whatever-Grandchild.. I'm going to see them when they are 80.."

Yeah.. I don't know the feeling.



That is so creepy, the extra child followed you.

"That and I have to have a child, I don't even know if I want one.. I mean.. It will grow inside of me."



Don't tell me... Don't tell me he is flirting with you?!

"*Giggle*"





"I told him everything. About the immortality and stuff. I don't know how or why but it just sort of came out.."

*facepalm* You told a mortal, he's obviously going to support you and then be all corny.



"He said that becoming immortal would suck and he'd rather die."

Huh? Cheerful fella there.



I guess... I guess he may serve a purpose then.

Yeah. It never was a certain thing really, I was leaning towards one of the best friends she made as a teen but then after Kyle aged up he autonomously flirted with Rue and well the wishes caught fire. So I let them be together. Thank you.
