When I find the post on the official forum about this, I will put the link. But basically what it said, is that if you run the sims on 2gigs of ram, that when a file gets to a certain size, that is just not enough ram and you get the error12. So if you have a good graphics card with a gig or more, that is not going to make a difference. Graphics are good, but just not enough ram. I am having that problem and it is even happening in smaller files now and I have only 2 gigs of ram. I am not sure if people that have 4 or more gigs of ram are having this problem or not. If they are, then apparently, that is not the problem. As soon as I recupe my funds, I am getting 2 more gigs of ram and if it helps, then that is great. Hopefully in the next few months, can get another computer, but until then, will try about anything.
