Downloading from The sims 3 store

Has anyone else had problems downloading stuff from the store?  I can't get anything -  The Sims 3 launcher will come up but nothing will download   I am starting to get irratated!

is yours downloading straight into the sims 3 file place? or another question is did you download it but not install it...
wrong response... try to download it again and make sure you're on the right tab.

Have you been able to download things from the store before now or is this your first attempt?  And exactly what are you doing and what happens?

I had a really hard time downloading riverview I just kept trying and eventually it worked

Ok I cleared my temp memory and I re-tried downloading everything and it worked.  I have no idea if it was the temp memory or something else.

I had to buy the animals abound set-  I had been hoarding my 1000 sim points from the collector's edition purchase.  I need to hold off until WA comes out because new stuff will come with that.
