Where do I buy things like jumping fence for horses or cat condo etc.

Ah.  Assuming you are patched and have Showtime, it should be in the same place as mine which took me a while to find.  They have changed it.  Go into buy mode and then sort by function and click on the big arrow on the right.  There is a choice of either pets or showtime purchases.
