I don't know if people are still having problems with this, but for anyone that still is having problems, here is what my experience was.
I had ordered a digital copy of Katy Perry Showtime thru Origin, which I had never ordered thru Origin or a digital copy before. I was sent some codes thru 4 seperate emails. Trying to figure out where and what codes to use was a small nightmare. But I finally got the limited content downloaded. However, it never showed I owned the game on the Sims 3 website. I tried several different things I could think of, but to no avail. So I had to contact Origins customer service and after about 40 minutes of conversation with the representative, they had to add my game to the sims 3 website for me, I do not know if anyone else had this problem with their digital order, but I havent been happy and I am not sure I will order thru Origin again or order a digital copy ever.
