Bonus Venue/DJ Booth

I got a code for the bonus venue and stage with my game, and upon registering I got an offer to get a DJ Booth.  However, I'm not able to download either of them.  When I go where I need to go, I get a "page 404 error."

Has anyone been able to download either of these items?

I have them downloaded and installed into my game as of this morning.  I went to http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/ShowtimeRedeem  for the stage and venue.   The address to get the DJ Booth was Here.

Hi all. I pre-ordered the limited edition from Origin, and whenever I try to redeem the limited edition content, it says the code has already been used. I only got two codes in my email: one for the stereo for pre-ordering from Origin, and one for installation. I used the installation code to try to redeem my limited edition content, but like I said, I got the error that the code has already been used. It's been a few hours since I've tried, and it's still not in my purchase history.

Does anybody have an idea of what I'm supposed to do? This is the first time I've pre-ordered from Origin, so I'm not sure how it's supposed to work.

Yes I have. I just did it again for good measure and I still get the same error.

I thought about that, but I wasn't sure because I think this is an Origin issue.

For those who got the physical copy, was there a separate code to use for the limited edition content or did you just use the installation code?

Same here: 3 emails, with 3 different codes.  The actual registration code for the game is longer than the codes for the venue/dj booth/stereo.

I had the same problems with the "404 page".  I also have had issues with my launcher and with the Sims 3 page since the patch and installing Showtime.  Launcher looks very messed up, all the buttons are red X's but they still work.  Game launches fine.  The Sims 3 site keeps saying my login info is wrong and I've had same email and password forever there.  I hit the "forgot password" button, get the email, reset the password...then a couple hours later, same thing happens all over again.  3 times in last 24 hrs!  Anyone else having either of these issues?

I had some issues the day before yesterday with logging in from the main menu of the game, but not at the website.  I just retyped my entire e-mail address (twice) and re-entered my password and I haven't had an issue with it since.

Thank you for confirming. I only got two emails and two codes. One with the game's serial code, and one with the code for the stereo. That ticks me off quite a bit, especially because my emails all say "Limited Edition!"

Hey guys

I don't know if people are still having problems with this, but for anyone that still is having problems, here is what my experience was.

I had ordered a digital copy of Katy Perry Showtime thru Origin, which I had never ordered thru Origin or a digital copy before.  I was sent some codes thru 4 seperate emails. Trying to figure out where and what codes to use was a small nightmare.  But I finally got the limited content downloaded.  However, it never showed I owned the game on the Sims 3 website.  I tried several different things I could think of, but to no avail.  So I had to contact Origins customer service and after about 40 minutes of conversation with the representative, they had to add my game to the sims 3 website for me,  I do not know if anyone else had this problem with their digital order, but I havent been happy and I am not sure I will order thru Origin again or order a digital copy ever.
