You can visit Simsasylum.com, and register there. Twoftmama has a mod that will tweak what children can get punished for. SO even though you can't cancel the punishment, you can reduce what does get punished.

Thanks. Mrs_Flynn and I will give it a try. :)

Every time I think I need a new mod for something, I find out that the Master Controller already does it.  I wish I could send Twallan flowers or something.  ;D

I hope this isn't too frivolous for me to ask, but are there any mods out there (preferably scripting), that will give me the option to cancel the punish/scold interaction, an adult makes, or better yet, eliminates auto-disciplining children and teens altogether.

I just started using Master Controller and Story Progression again, and I just started using overwatch and error trap. I may use the pose player from MTS, since it doesn't conflict with anything Twallan made.

I don't like in game disclipline or punishment (scolding, punishments, time out, etc.) because it's overboard and it makes the game too realistic.

This has always worked for me:

Right before the Adult giving punishment lectures the child, reset them (First do Ctrl+Shift+C then reset them with (resetSim Firstname Lastname Ex: resetSim Adam Rowith) then reset the child (ex: resetSim Cooper Rowith) if you need to reset the child too.
I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.  :D

Punishments are so annoying! Specially when kids end up punished for missing school and then they are not allowed to attend it! Really silly.

I don't know about any mods, but my guess is you could actually use testingcheats to control+clic over the punishment moodlet. That should actually delete it... but I'm not a 100% sure. I don't have any kids in my game right now so I can't test it though.
Yes it works deleting the moodlet. I have tried it (Let's just say I have really rebellious kids). xD

This has always worked for me:

Right before the Adult giving punishment lectures the child, reset them (First do Ctrl+Shift+C then type in Testingcheatsenabled true and reset them with (resetSim Firstname Lastname Ex: resetSim Adam Rowith) then reset the child (ex: resetSim Cooper Rowith) if you need to reset the child too.

You actually don't need to turn on testing cheats to do a reset.

I was saying what I do, and I always turn it on anyways. I changed it though since it is not needed.

We all want to send him flowers. ^_^ He's amazing.

I haven't had this problem with the scolding so now I feel like I'm missing out. What types of things do they get scolded for?

Not going to school on time, not getting home before curfew, too many pranks are just to name the ones I can think of.  This is only available with the Generations EP though I think.  I'm not sure if scolding came with patch or the actual EP.
