Tattoos and Makeovers...do they still affect aging?

I'm not sure if this was a bug or part of the game, but do tattoos and makeovers still affect aging?

Yes as well as Plastic Surgery and the Edit in CAS cheat.

I haven't seen Plastic Surgery.  Must be from an EP I don't have.  Thanks for letting me know!  :)

Whaaat, so does the CAS cheat affect age even when you don't touch the age? (= is it bugged like makeovers?)
I use it to change some silly clothing or hairstyles on townies to something more appropriate... have I been making them younger without knowing?

Yes you have.  Sorry  :-\  It changes the age younger just by going into CAS even if you cancel it out and don't change anything.
