Which one do you hover over? NoCD or 7-Zip?

Right click on NoCD. Then you choose 7-Zip from the menu, not Open With.

7-Zip isn't on the menu.
EDIT: You can go to "Open With" on the menu, and from there to 7-Zip. But I get the feeling that it doesn't do the same thing.

OK then, try the Windows 7 inbuilt unzipper. Right click the NoCD zip file, and select "Extract All". Follow the instructions (really, all you should need to do is press OK) and you should be good to go.

* Disclaimer: Only works for .zip files. .rar and .7z won't work. :)

I don't have Windows 7. I have Vista. I'm going to try Winzip.
EDIT: Winzip did the trick! Whoop, Whoop!

I don't know if I should ask this here or not but I couldn't find a thread about it. I'm thinking about installing the Nraas Story Progression mod. If I decide I don't like it or want to take it out of my game, how would do this?

If you don't want it, just go into your package folder and right click on "nrass master controller" and hit delete.

Except that should be delete Nraas_StoryProgression. :)

So does this mean that I have to have Master Controller to use Story Progression?

No, Salty just misread your post. :) You don't need Master Controller for Story Progression.

The latest. Always the latest patch. So right now, 1.57.

Does the file have to be called "Package." or can it be just "Package"?

I did it with "Package" and it worked perfectly.
