The Sims 3 Store might be the best way for you, then.  You have to make an account and register your game on the official Sims 3 site, then you can look in the Store for items you'd like to have.  They are purchased with SimPoints, which you buy with real money.  They have things that are very expensive, but also small things that are pretty cheap.  For example, you can buy a new hairstyle for 100 SimPoints, which is the equivalent of US$1.00.  Then you have a set of furniture for 850 SimPoints (US$8.50).  It all varies.  Click here to visit the Sims 3 Store.

Sorry for my endless questions but ...I have to ask this. My Sim married a ghost and she gave birth to a ghost baby. The baby has her remains in her inventory. Should I keep it just there or put it in the graveyard or what?

You can take the remains to the cemetary and place them somewhere you'll easily be able to find it.  You can leave the reremains on the lot, which will result in haunting.  Or you can just leave them in inventory and nothing will happen.

I have invited a ghost to a house party -She is my Sim's grandmother- but after the party she stayed over , without being invited!
It's the third day now after the party and she is still in the house , and when I make my Sims interact with her there is no "ask to leave" option.
I have read once about a "Reset Sim" cheat but I can't remember how was it done !?

It is used like a normal fridge. The only difference is that the food in it never spoils and that your sims get a nice moodlet from it.

No.  You'd have to switch to that household and have her get pregnant, then switch back to your normal household.  The risks of doing this are that you'll lose all of the current wishes of your household and you will lose everything in their inventories and the refrigerator.
