A good way to tell if you have a Money tree or Lifefruit/DeathFlower plant is that the Life and Death plants have a $0 amount of worth whilst money tree's are worth something, so if you want death or life plants make sure your special seeds are worth $0!

Thanks again everyone , i read through all the links you provided , my original sim turned into an elder right after giving birth to another boy ... but thank God , the first child turned into a teen just few days later , so now i'm not worried about losing the kids and getting a "game over" :D , still i'll keep trying with the Death Flower thing  :)
But now Christopher has a wish to "make a baby with J-C" (J-C is my original sim and his wife) , and another wish to "have a girl" , so how can i fulfill these wishes after J-C had already turned into an elder?
i also need to know if their first child will stay in the house or move out? and if he moved out will i still control him like i control him now ??

Wait...J-C is an Elder right now and Christopher Steel is getting a wish to have a baby with her? That doesn't make sense because once a female Sim turns Elder she's barren and can't have kids.

Does Christopher have the Family Oriented trait?  If so, that's what's prompting him to want another child.  Even though J-C is an elder and cannot have a child, adoption is still an option.

Their first child will do whatever you want.  If you want him to stay, he'll stay.  If you want him to move, he'll do that.  If he moves out, you will no longer have control over him.  You can only control the Sims living in your house.  The only way to change that would be to change active households through Edit Town, but then you would no longer control J-C and the original family.  They would continue their lives without you while you are off controlling the son.

So, what's the solution if I want to control the whole family, but at the same time want the first child to fall in love and start a family (after turning into YA)? And what if the parents died and I wanted to complete playing with the 2 sons?

The only way you can control everyone all at the same time is for them to live in your house.  You can't control anyone who doesn't live in your active household.  You can change active households, but then your first household goes on without you.  You just have to choose what you want to do.

Also, I forgot to mention that you can have up to 8 Sims in a single house.  You've got room for a wife and new baby if that's what you want.  Then more spaces will open up when the Elders die and you can continue for as long as you want.

Good, so I understand now that I can let the son marry in the same house with his parents...
,and maybe I will let his brother marry in the same house too later when he grows up & the parents die! I can do that, right?
I also needed to know, if I let the teen son get a part time job, will his money be mixed with the original family money? What if at some point, both the sons worked? What happens to the money!?
Will I choose the lifetime wish for the sons?

If any sim in the household that you control gets a job the wages they earn will go into the Famillies funds.

If a sim is living in the household you control you will be able to pick the LTW if they are not under your control then it will be randomized but still based on their traits.

Part time Jobs for teen are - Mausoleum, Book Store, Grocery Store, Spa. Which require no skills.
The only careers that require handiness are Military and Science but those are adults only.

LTHR for an elder, maybe save up for the Moodlet Manager or Teleporter so it can be used by the rest of the family but also ones that make life easier on the oldies!  ;D

You can purchase any of the lifetime rewards as long as you have the points for them.
