I can't believe its been almost a year since I've been back to this forum.  I missed the world build!  Oh well.  But if you are looking for something new to place in Union Cove I've built a swanky little coffee shop.  Enjoy!

P.S  There are some patterns I've downloaded from the exchange and recolored

I built this lot with 7 Sun Song Ave in mind to take advantage of a corner lot and as well as being close to the beach/boardwalk in Sunset Valley.  I ended up moving the Frio household to Pinochle Point to make room.  There is a working register that serves everything from everyday breakfast and lunch items, as well as the pricier tri-tip steak and several bar/lounge items like onion rings and shrimp cocktail (in my game experience only).  I used testingcheatsenabled true to change and color the barista's outfit (from Ambitions).  Some of the photos were staged for your enjoyment!

I hadn't seen that tip before - excellent idea!  You learn something new every day.  This is a fantastic build and you did a really amazing job of it.

I'm glad you guys like it.  I love making community lots, just haven't had the time recently. 

Just a note - the register doesn't actually sell coffee (boo! I miss that from Sims 2) but I tried to convey the feeling of a coffee shop regardless by including the various coffee machines.  They are still accessible behind the counter though.

Actually, it's a rabbit hole.  But you know that by now.  This is an awesome coffee house!  May I use it in my remodel of SV and maybe RV as well?  It will wind up on the web if I ever finish.  Full credit to you for it of course.

The diner on the Starlight Shores coffeehouse is a rabbithole, but "Coffeehouse" is a type of performance venue. I haven't tested it out yet, but I was perfectly able to build an indoor coffeehouse with a Showtime stage, tables and chairs, a WA food register, and some coffee machines (you have to make your own coffee, but still).

I can't believe I never commented on this build! I'm completely in love with your stuff, Filly. I'm yet to find someone who uses custom patterns and Store content in such a realistically modern, beautiful way.
