Guys, I haven't been able to download and install some items bought from the Sims3.com Store. This didn't happen to all the items, just the Lunar Lakes neighborhood and the Renaul pack.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled everythign, tried adding just these two files before restoring evertyhing else to my game; tried using other browsers (I'm currently using Chrome, but I tried with IE as well) and I still cannot have these items in my game.
Any suggestions?
