Well, we have an intro to create a world. If someone wants to send me a draft, and it's written pretty well, I can probably put it into the articles section. Maybe you guys can even collaborate if you want.

Colloborate is working together right?

Well guys, who want to work under me (overworked and underpaid), I mean: with me on this? My schedule is full for the next 1.5 month I'm afraid, but after that I will start something with someone here.

Nice! Than I hope we live in the same timezone, so that cooperation will be more easy. I will PM you when I have the time to start working this out, in about 1.5 months from now.
In the meantime: feel free to share some ideas if you like. I will check my mails here still, although mostly at night now.

I'm glad you guys would be willing to work together. When two people have a similar idea or ambition to do something I hate having to pick. This will also improve the quality of your work. It will be read by tens of thousands of people over the next years, so it's better for everyone that way.

Carl, if you ever need someone to write another guide, I'd be glad to do it for you!

And that's why I find it so brave of you to join me in this project over 1.5 months from now. I know it's big, but of course: if you need any help with anything with this program you can pm me.

I do not see creating a world as being the same as town editting.  I also have not explored creating a world at all.  What I refer to is understanding what can and can not be done when editting a pre-made town.  I often find options to have huge lots but no place to strategically place them or no ability to line it up as nicely as they line up the pre-made lots on the road.

I would imagine when you create your own world you would not have those difficulties.

With creating a own world you can put the roads, create mountains, choose where the sun comes up (and down), place grids for lots, give those lots a beautifull vista moodlet if you want (no mather the environment), place all the spawn objects all over your world, place as many houses as you like, give the whole town (or even city) the look of a snowy mountain or a dry dessert and that's it I think.

Thanks for your offer to help. I think you'd be a good candidate. PM Carl directly and ask how he wants you to lay it out — i.e. the specific information he's looking for. Vampire stuff does not interest me too much, so I won't be doing one. Right now I'm working on the Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous LTW walkthrough. I'll update the first post.
