Can I get the Best Camera in Buydebug?

Greetings! 


Simple question, I'm looking for the best camera to use in the Photography skill - the Hikon QX40di Gladiator - but I can't travel to Egypt right now. So is it available in the Buydebug menu? I had a look but I couldn't find it for the life if me. Also, is there any way, cheats included, to get the Photography skill books without popping over to Egypt? I really don't want to have to take my sims to Egypt just for the sake of Photography equipment.

You can find the skill book at the consignment shop (it shows up frequently), but not in Buy Mode. All the models of camera are available in Buydebug if you have no luck at the shop. Use the filters to show only WA content, it's getting a bit crowded in those tabs after several EPs.
