Chapter 6 - How to Bake a Snack Cake
Jon here...I'm taking over for this chapter due to the fact the pregnancy apparently caused Temporary Pastry Amnesia...or something but it wasn't that bad. I mean...if you forget on the first night she was pregnant...we got a special guest...
I mean, c'mon dude...sneaking in the /front/ door is smart since when? Anyhow, I heard this strangely loud music one night that was like a really bad Star Wars Darth Vader coming to eat you mimicry and had to call the police because Angel...well she was sleeping like a rock dreaming about folded paper.
Called the cops and...they came just in time to keep the dude from stealing a fridge...
Jon: DUDE, I called you here to arrest him! You can't be fighting in Angel's /kitchen/ you know how mad she's gonna be if your flying number signs and exclamation points and mysterious cloud of smoke makes her butter curdle!?
Then the police officer wandered into my art studio to talk about how honored he was about finally answering the needs of a big rockstar and all that...somehow he began talking about the big dipper and posing excessively in hopes of me taking a picture or starting a painting.
I managed to get the police officer out of the house in time for Angel to wake up and she was positively radiant in her 'Baby Bliss' mode...she cooked alot more, spending time in her new kitchen.
We even got the chance to have more breakfasts together, she makes some of the fluffiest and tastiest pancakes I have ever tasted...I swear.
It wasn't the easiest pregnancy but when she couldn't sleep, she'd be out in her garden planting seeds she found when wandering around and watering her plants...
Then one of those fateful days, she got the brilliant idea (despite it being close to if not exactly her due date) to go fishing late at night cuz she couldn't sleep and before I knew it I was hearing her shout about 'THE SNACK CAKES ARE COMING!'
So I ran out after calling a Taxi and off to the hospital we went...
Born with natural discipline for some reason, our first daughter...was born. Angel didn't look too happy but ah...there she was.
The New Snack Cake:
Black Forest Kayke (Colors dark dark brown, white and...instead of red a hot pink for some reason), born Disciplined and Artistic...our family was started..
