Wright Reading Room upgrades

I recently purchased this lot, and I've raised it to a two star venue. But now I want to make it into a three star lot, and to do so I need to raise its value by a bit over 35,000 and have no idea how to do so reasonably. Any and all suggestions appreciated; I have the base game and Generations.

It's the public library in Riverview; I've added a sun disc, a toddler toy and a dollhouse, and two fountains.

If you have the money, re do all the fixtures with more expensive ones, new toilets, new sinks, new mirrors, new lights, if you don't mind changing the outside then new doors and windows, also new wall covering and floors.  New tables, chairs, computers and even book shelves can be upgrade.  Just pick the really expensive ones.  Put expensive artwork on the walls (Puck's Soliloquy is 7,500Sim for example). and find the expensive statues to make it work.  Don't buy all the tiny stuff that is cheep and will clutter it all up.  Go for the expensive items.

Ok have not really played Riverview when I wanted to up grade the library  in Hidden Springs I put in a couple of fire places, 2 coffee machines I also put in more comfortable chairs and sofas .I also put better desks and computers I also redecorated the walls and floors (I did use the motherlode cheat a few times to get more money) Hope this helps
