Domed Home Conservatory-Like House

This is my second try at uploading my first lot here...I am such a newb :)  Hopefully it will work right this time.

And now for something different...

Sims who love the outdoors will love living in this conservatory-like home, positive 'outdoor' moodlets remain even when Sims are inside the dome.

Featuring sidewalk entry, basement, 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms, large kitchen, working fireplace without chimney, entertainment areas throughout, indoor garden, laundry room, room for many additions and changes.  Basement level bedroom is large enough to use for a garage if you do not want or need a second bedroom.

Photos are an example only of the decorating possibilities.  Some TS3 store items were used when I made the lot for my Sim.

The dome fades away when you are indoors, perfect for star-gazing at night!  I don't want to post all the screenshots I took of the lot, so I'll be posting more on PhotoBucket.

Hey...thanks Wicked!

I've always been a firm believer in "dare to be different" so I tend to get quirky at times.  My simmie and her friends played a lot of catch inside that dome.  When they're not in the enclosed rooms (bedroom/bathroom) and basement, they must think that they're outdoors.  Which had me wondering last night, would a vampire go aflame if they lived on this lot?  Must test this soon, I'll have the video on YouTube if there's a melt-down  8)

Let me know if you go with your idea and upload it  :)

Hi Agneza!

Thank you much for the welcome :)  I've been a huge fan of this site for a couple of years and thought that it was about time I jumped in with both feet.  Thank you *blush*, I seem to be fascinated with the dome these days.  I just finished working on Big Dome Nostalgic Park and I'll be testing it tonight.  The outside looks about the same but the inside is all about fun.

Thanks again :)

Something's not right with your images.  Did you move them to another folder on Photobucket or delete them?
