Photography skill help

OK, I hope someone can help me here. I purchased a lifetime happiness reward call "no bills ever". In the photograph skill, there is an option to take a photograph of the repoman.

But the problem is, by purchasing the above mention reward, the chances of the repoman ever paying me a visit is none. So, how can I complete this challenge of photographing the repoman?

Please give me advise! Thanks!

There's a small chance you can catch various NPC's at the park when they're not doing their jobs.

Thanks for the kind reply and tip. But I am playing in Appaloosa Plains. As far as I am concerned, does this town have parks? Will a NPC ever go there?

you can use the cheats, enable the cheat bar, type "testingcheatsenabled on" (without the "") or "testingcheatsenabled true" presssing alt, click on the mail box and select NPC and select the bill colector, and he will appear (put some gem or metals on the floor first to avoid the collector take furnitures or other things)... good luck

OK, thanks I will try that. But I hope that by using this cheat, it would not hurt my conscience. It is because I am trying to achieve a perfect Sim whereby all his skills are maximized without the use of cheats.

But this cheat is all right I think as the repoman would never visit my house due to me purchasing the "no bills ever" reward! I should have planned ahead!

hmmmm, its not easy, once u try the cheats it is hard not use them XD (you can change the relationship bars, friends to be best friends or enemies, if ur sim need to sleep u can full the bar, food bar and the others), u can turn off the cheat typing "testingcheatsenabled off" (without the "") or "testingcheatsenabled false" (without the "").

It's not as hard as you might think.  I use cheats for specific special purposes, but don't ever use them during normal game play.  I use buydebug a lot, but only to get things you can't acquire from playing (like wall plaques, traps and switches from WA).

I've never used buydebug to complete photo collections.  Photography is easy enough without it (with the exception of the obvious and occasionally unavoidable bug).

But whether or not cheats make the photography skill easier is quite a bit off-topic in the context of this thread.  In fact, since that's part of their purpose to begin with, it's not something that really requires a great deal of clarification.

By the way, to use this cheat, it is Shift click, not Alt click.

Yes, it was useful. But I cannot make the social worker appear because I do not have any pets or babies.

using testingcheatsenabled on is easier, u dont need a pet or a baby
