So, for round numbers, if you're starting with a $500 dollar bottle (the value when it pops out of the machine), then it will increase in value $50 every single night with the above 2 conditions.

Is it not cumulative?  I mean, 10% of $500 the first night = $50.  10% of $550 the second night = $55.  10% of $605 the third night = $66.  And so on.

No. I think Carl details it in the Guide article. I'm pretty sure it's just 10% of the base value that's added every night.

Well, it turns out that I was mistaken.  Check Metro's post above mine with a link to the Guide page that clarifies the value aging thing.

I just thought I would throw this in.  I set a bottle of nectar my sim had made on her bar in the backyard and basically forgot about it.  I'm not sure how much time had passed but when I went to pick it up it definitely had aged to a much higher price.  It probably wasn't the best spot for aging nectar but I was surprised that it was definitely worth more than it had been.

I've noticed that too with bottles in my inventory made or found while adventuring.
