Your Task:
The many towns of the Sim Nation are developing a new community scheme to encourage new artists of all genres to explore their talents and to use them for the benefit of their towns and cities. They are commissioning you to design and build the allocated lots for the project. They want a friendly, artistic and inspiring place for artists to gather and let their creativity flow.

• Other: Make it the must be spot for young artists or the retired folk exploring their old hobbies of the artistic genre, stylish and inspiring.

Looking for a place to find inspiration for your next artistic endeavor? Then look no further than Inspiration Park! This quiant park offers easels, sculpting & inventing stations, plus a couple guitars for the musically inclined. Inspiration Park is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of art.

This is the view from the curb. An elegant fountain greets you as you walk up the stone path, which is guarded by topiary dragons, to the gazebo.

The gazebo is well lit, and boasts 3 easels, 2 sculpting stations, 2 guitars, and beautiful views of the park. It also smells of roses!

At the back of the park is where you will find the custom colored restrooms. Even the restrooms offer inspiration with the decorations positioned between the "His" and "Hers" doors.

In one corner of the park, you will find this scene. If the statue doesn't inspire you, then the fountains surely will.

In the opposite corner sits a lovely rock formation surrounded by bamboo plants.

As you enter the park, you will notice a bench nestled among flowers to your right. There is also an outdoor grilling area, and one of the inventing stations.

And you will see the same on your left. Plenty of room to relax, eat, and mingle with friends.

The park is simply glowing at night! The area is well lit so you will be able to find your inspiration in the dark.

Description: The truly expression of creativity is the nature itself. Thats why our associates from the "Agneza's Creativity Office" decided to situate our "Art Paradise" in nativ surroundings. We build a big park where every art lover can find a place for himself. We hope this beautiful landscape with waterfall will give inspiration to painters, sculptors, decorators, architects, photographers, inventors, stylists, writers and musicians. The whole park is divided in different segments. Everybody can find space to express own creativity.

 

Of course, we didn't forgot the children, they have their own place too. The kids stove will take care of the hunger. Our decorators set the tale area for the young painters. We add the table for eat, or make the home work. They have their own toilet too.



The terrace with waterfall view and the whole surrounding mood will surelly inspire the decorators, stylists, architects and painters. We didn't forgot the musician. They can enjoy jamming. We designed allso a small isolated part for writers, hoping the soft and tender sounds of nature will inspire them.







Our team created five different spaces for issuing the painting talent.

4 The might lies not only within physical strength...
5 True love connects all despite the skin color and  form...









You don't have to worry about everday needs. If you feel hungry - dont worry - there is Summmer kitchen with fridge and grill, you have all necessary equipment  for taking a nap, or sleep. Don't leave Your pets at home, we have everything they need too. Our whole team enjoyed building this space for all  of You.  Our city needed urgently a place like this.

a-MAZING Park d'Art

Description:
The town of Sunset Valley commissioned SassySimmer Builds to build a local hangout that was an inspiration to both the younger and older generations of Artists, as well as future generations.  The a-MAZING Park d'Art is what she has built, it has easels, sculpture stations, chess tables, a reading nook and a coffee machine for you to have a relaxing coffee with friends before getting down to the Art.

When you enter the a-MAZING Park d'Art you will notice a maze of shrubbery. 



SassySimmer Builds thought that this would be a good way to begin getting Sims creative juices flowing.



In the most open part of the maze is the easel stations. 



To the left and right of here are the sculpting stations.



During the build SassySimmer Builds held a competition for local residents to submit Artwork, Sculptures and recommissioned furniture to decorate the building.  There is a wall dedicated to pieces of Artwork submitted and the furniture is from local designers.  A spokes person from SassySimmer Builds said that they wanted the community to be apart of the build.  The coffee area:

This build has been an excellent addition to the town of Sunset Valley, inspiring new and old artists alike.

      The Glasshouse

The Glasshouse has always been a place of nature, this time though Nature has been united with Art. The Glasshouse is a sparkling crystal amongst a jungle of flowers and raw natural beauty. Now Sims both Creative and Fans of Nature mingle together in the Towns hottest artistic natural hotspot. For further details please see the following images of what The Glasshouse can bring to your town. (Window Cleaner is not included)

Here is the entry to The Glasshouse, between two very natural ponds and seeing the vast garden of flowers within the glass windows:



There are three easels inside the Glasshouse for your Sim to choose from, all with different views of the beautiful room. Here you can see one of them:



Our first project has been very successful and well received by the community as they flock to it everyday the moment the light comes up:



There is also a Sculpting Station outside one of the exits of the Glasshouse which has been moulded to fit your demands:



We also appreciate that even the biggest of cities need to incorporate nature into their centres and so we've included a drawing board, which is also used by the fashion industry. The local Gardeners Wear have been very interested in the apparatus.



For those glamour models among you - of which there are many - we have included a beautiful background for your portraits and photo shoots.



You may also be wondering what the lighting situation is like? Well we will say that you can appreciate nature more in the daylight but we have catered for your needs with artificial light.

 The Artist Cafe is a beautiful lot that fits right into the Appaloosa Plains Community. The Main Building is a small cafe with band stage downstairs and upstairs is an area with artist objects. There are multiple scenes around the lot and even a room with special walls.

The small room to the left has 4 easels and 4 (5 if you count the plants out front) scenes to paint. The scenes here include a space scene and a castle theme.

The building to the right is the bathroom complex. The men’s bathroom is blue while the ladies’ is pink.

As you approach the main building two sets of sculptures greet you. These sculptures have been made by the Thring community for show and are perfect for imitating or painting.

The first floor of the main building has a wrap around balcony with tables and chairs for a good inspirational meal and the inside is where a band can play a gig. Music is an art too! There is also a bar and food register for those hungry minds.

The second floor has a few drafting tables, seats and easels on the balcony. The small room has two sculpting stations and a variety of artwork inside.

The landscaping around the lot has been made to be painted and is very beautiful.

So why don’t you come down to the Thring Artist Cafe and be inspired or be inspiring.

When town planners were developing a new park, they realized that the existing pond and willow trees on an empty lot looked like the pond in Monet’s famous painting. With this in mind, they decided to develop the park as an artist’s haven. What evolved was a place for budding artists to come and hone their skill as well as a haven for nature lovers to come and bask in the beauty of it all.

The central point of the park is a raised area with easels. From this vantage point, artists have a variety of views including a sculpture garden, a fountain and what has become known as Monet’s Pond. Not forgetting sculptors, there are a couple of sculpting stations positioned around this central area.
Down a flight of stairs, below this central area is a small bathroom. This bathroom also has a shower, because it’s every sculptor’s nightmare to set yourself on fire and have no means to extinguish yourself!
The garden also boasts a small, modern raised glass gallery where local talent may come for that extra bit of inspiration.
So as not to detract from the natural beauty, a large portion of this artist’s hangout was built below ground. Come down stairs and find a place to relax with friends. You will find a kitchenette and a juice bar as well as a lounge area to relax in.
If painting nature is not to your liking, this downstairs area also includes a few studio type settings where you can have your friends pose for you, or you could just paint the room setting without your friends!
