When the Master Suite IP will be released in Europe?

I got the Master Suite IP via Origin a couple of days ago but my origin says,'It's not released.'  The weird thing is I can see 'Order Now' in Game page but "Pre order now" in EA Game page which means it has been released in US.

According to Wikipedia, it will be released in Europe on January 27, 2012.
