When trying to reinstall Sims3 vanilla I got a "cyclical redundancy" error. My game was glitchy and I read that it should be installed in a particular order, so I uninstalled the games after saving my content to a different file. When I went to reinstall Sims3 it gives me this error at the onset of installation. Now I cant even install the game  :'(

I think you can get that error from a scratched disk. Try cleaning it off with soft material like a glasses cloth, and try again. If not, you can go to EA's site and give them your serial code. This will enable you to download the game digitally and then install, but you have to have an Origin and an EA account. Here is the link for your serial code.
