How do you train a cat to get the vocal trait?

In the PC version, I click on the stereo and have the cat Yowl Along.  It might be the same in the console version.

You can have your cat yowl along to music, such as a stereo or a Sim playing guitar, by clicking said object/Sim while in control of your pet, and a Yowl along option will appear
