If Metro says you can't start over, you can send your midlife crisis Sims to the hospital for "counseling" (cost is $2000 or $3000).

But they still won't age and so I can't get my clones to YA to move out and start filling up spaces in the community :(  I hate it when Sims gets all buggy on me  :'(

My Sims stopped aging.  I don't know what is going on. Enable aging is on, needs are static and enable story progression is off.  Was going great and when my original 4 started aging into adults from young adults the aging just stopped happening.  3 of them are in constant midlife crisis and it's been 8 weeks lol. Can I start over or do I just hope for this to fix itself?

You can definitely start over. Another option is going back to a pre-bug save if you have one.

Well, I've tried to play this file several times now and it is still freezing a few minutes into play. I'm not even getting enough play time to warrant saving. Although I'm loathe to do it, is it ok to start anew Metro? I've never been one to save under different names (maybe I should start) so I can't go back to an earlier save. So my options seem to be start afresh or be put down as a DNF.

You can definitely start over, Twinmum. Good luck this time around.

Metro can I have a restart please, I've had so many bugs with this challenge and then I've just gone to play it and it has crashed to desktop and now the file won't load.  If it's not possible can I you put me down as a DNF.

Thanks.

Did you already try the resetSim * trick?

Yes, that's fine. To anyone plagued by bugs in any challenge — you honestly do not need permission to restart because I typically give a universal response of "yes." Just give me a heads up in the thread to let me know what's going on, but I do not want to have to have anyone waiting on me especially when time is of the essence on a challenge that is winding down.

lol, I wish it was just a Sim freezing. My problem is the whole game is freezing to such an extent that I have to ctrl, alt delete to get out.

I will start again, but it's so annoying because my game was on track to be a decent score for once.

OK so after a mammoth day of intense gaming my clones managed Sunset Valley domination on week 5 day 6 which equates to domination being achieved in 41 days - 7 day (the first week) = 34 days whoop!

If I have done the calculation wrong please let me know.

Why are you taking off the first week? The scores are worked out on all the time it takes, isn't it?

SassySimmer's calculated days are correct.  She multiplied the week she was on by seven and then subtracted a week at the end (since on week one day one you have actually played for zero weeks, not one).

This is an intriging challenge!
I keep thinking "Neh, I don't have time for it" but then I find myself the whole day trying to come up with the unmentionables and what strategy I would try ;D
So now I have to try it out and that is all your fault! ;)

I could find many of the answers to my questions, but I couldn't find this one: Can I add a subway for an EA community lot and where can I find that?
Problem? Don't panic! There is always a solution. You just have to find it  :D

Once you purchase a property, you can add whatever you want to it. The subway is under community objects in build mode. Good luck with it!
