Sunset Valley: Attack of the Clones!

I'm done. Christopher Steel II and his three pre-existing clones overtook all of Sunset Valley, buying over and fully upgrading everything, cloning themselves at the science facility and evicting everyone (including the Landgraabs, Altos and Christopher Steel I). The job was completed Week 3, Day 4.

Final Score: 18 days.

This was actually quite demanding despite the short length (game-time, at least). Those 18 days game-time really took quite long. I kind of know where I went wrong in the end.

Anyway, now I can install Showtime and it's off to the puzzles of the Trophy Room (which I have no idea how to tackle), after I explore around a bit!

I love the site for the various challenges and tons of information it makes for a much better Sim experience.  I think I'm going to be trying this one and am fairly confident I can get a reasonable score except for 1 thing that I cannot seem to find: How do you split the household so that the sim moving out has more money (so that they can buy one of the more expensive lots)?

Just use the Kick Out option. I'm quite sure that with Story Progression turned off you have no fear of Clones moving out of town and they should simply move into any available house with no regard to their money. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I thought we had to move them out (thus buy them a house) and not kick them out. Has it changed or is it me understanding it wrong?

Yes, we discussed earlier that it had to be move out because they might not show up in a house.

I was under the impression that we had to use the move out option as opposed to the kick out option. I believe for me the challenge would have taken less time if I had used the kick out option or it could possibly have lasted longer if my clones didn't show up in their houses once evicted from the main house.
