I created this house for a "Dream Home" competition on Facebook, and have been using it for my Sims of late just because I love it so much.
Unfortunately the house cannot be uploaded to the Exchange due to problems with their website, so I can't give an accurate amount of details, but I'll try...
Type of house: Country cottage
Number of bedrooms: 3
Number of bathrooms: 2 plus 1 ensuite
Includes a barn
Front porch area
Back varanda with bbq
Size: From memory I think it was either 40x40 or 50x50
Uses all EP's and SP's plus a number of store items.
Again, I'm sorry I couldn't give further details. No one seems to know what the problem is with the Exchange, and whenever I ask, I am met with silence :/

Play issues: I have noticed that a Sim can't use the toilet in the downstairs bathroom due to the ornament above it. You'll need to move it elsewhere. There may be other similar routing issues, but I've not had any further trouble in testing it myself. Enjoy
