Your Task:
It's a new year, full of prospects and things to look forward to, or not, with opportunities around the corner. Most of us made some resolutions, things to change our lives. We were not the only ones though, that is why four people have requested your help. They made their resolutions and they are serious about them, they want to turn their lives around, starting with getting a new house to aid them in their journey.

These are the Sims you may choose from: Aaron Park, Annette Park, Roxy Smith and William Collins. They each have a different resolution for you to choose, you can only choose one of these so pick your favourite or one you'd most like to do. The Sims details and resolutions are below the picture. You may also download all of them as a household or just separately if you wish but you do not have to, they can be downloaded from this post. (The Sims have traits that cause them to be how they are now, not as they want to be.)

Thank you for choosing to build with Ausette’s Architecture. We’ve thoroughly analysed your needs and designed the house that’s right for you.





Based on your personality and fashion sense, we decided on a girly, kitschy theme. Your traits and Lifetime Wish also featured heavily in the construction of this house.



Let’s start with the living room. If there’s one thing a Party Animal needs, it’s a spacious open living area. There’s also an expensive stereo and TV.



As a Natural Cook, we know you won’t be happy without a huge kitchen stocked with healthy recipes. There’s also a bar for all the wild parties you’ll be sure to throw in your new house.



After all that partying and exercising, this soft, cosy bedroom is sure to make a Heavy Sleeper happy (although not too happy, the alarm clock should get you out of bed on time). We’ve even decorated it in Lilac, your favourite colour!





After hours of planning, we eventually created the perfect home gym for you. There’s a state-of-the-art treadmill, a portable music player, and a TV and video game console for the latest fitness programs. We know you’re Clumsy, so we left plenty of space for you to work out in and minimised the number of sharp edges.



Finally, we set aside a roomy backyard for you to relax in. There’s a chess table for you to practice Logic with (fitness is only half of your Lifetime Wish!) and plenty of room to add a pool or trampoline if you want to do so later. But most importantly, this backyard is the home of your new fitness buddy! You’re sure to have plenty of wonderful years together. Description: Annette is looking for a new place to stay and keep fit during the year. She came to Gogowars Inc and found a beautiful beachside dwelling. She'll be in here for hours running or 'pumping iron' upstairs or creating one of her masterpiece meals. And when she's ready, she can go for runs down at the beach.

The house is as modern as one can be as when we met Annette, she looked very trendy and today. (We made sure to add a bike rack for Annette’s new passion)

The back of the house has an award winning pool and boasts a fire pit and outdoor table.

The house is three stories tall and the third story is actually a small observatory for Annette to work endless hours looking into the stars.



The kitchen has all is a tiled area with wooden counters. We learnt that Annette loves cooking, so we made the perfect kitchen for anyone with such a love.

The Dining Room is to the left of the kitchen and is styled in a lilac, gray and white with a brown wood. The Dining Room was our personal favourite part of the house.

The Living Room is a very open area with a Television for a long relax and a stereo for the late night party music.

Once you come up the stairs you enter the area where we know that Annette will get to work on her Resolution. It’s very open and has both a treadmill and exercise machine.

The bedroom is very relaxing looking for those long sleep ins in the morning. We know Annette is a Heavy Sleeper so we also included an Ensuite, so she wouldn’t have to run downstairs when still very tired.

Welcome to CollWill. When William decided to become an explorer, he headed toward Union Cove, place where all explorers wanted to move in. Friendly community gave him a special lot placed between the laguna and the river, just behind the jungle.

William is a Coward, so there is only one entrance to the house, with both high tech security, as well as showel, just in case:

Hello readers my name is Roxy Smith.  In 2011 I heavily focused on my Career at Doo Peas Corporate Towers, letting friendships decay.  So I contracted SassySimmer to build me a home to reflect my 2012 resolution!

My particulars are:

She set away working on my build until the wee hours of the morning and after hours of blood, sweat and tears (mostly tears not so much the blood or the sweat because that is just gross) this is what she has come up with:

Aqua Modern



I quickly want to know what my friends would feel of the build and so I invited them over to try out my new digs.  Upon entering the house you go straight into the living room, where there is a large flat screen tv and a games console.  I am quite competitive so I immediately wanted to play.  The large windows are fantastic and we were soon have a great time although Christopher was losing, never mind!



As some of the other guests started playing on the console I decided to see what other goodies me and the rest of the guests could partake in (and no it had nothing to do with Maddison pitching in at the last second making me lose!).  There was a state of the art sound system with an area large enough for most of us to 'get down with our bad selves'.



As the party got into full swing pizza arrived, as I am not much of a cook the kitchen is perfect for me especially with the lovely coffee maker.  Everyone was loved the fact that it was pizza time.  The dining room table is large enough to sit 6 sims around.



The best thing about the kitchen that I found was the fact that there is a bar at the end where I can whip up a round of drinks for everyone, but I probably need a bit more practice.



A quick phone call from work distracts me from the party for a short while and I make my way down stairs that opens into a garage.  The bathroom is located down here



As well as my very posh office, I am a workaholic so I do need an office this one is brilliant, there is a stuffed Salmon on the wall, I think I will call him Sammy (original I know).



After a couple of taps on the keyboard averting a crisis in Shang Simla it's back to the party and onto the deck where a Jacuzzi is, the bubbles are fantastic.



Below 'deck' there is a pool area, another small rock stereo and a chess table.  Christopher and I are trying our luck at logic.



After the party dies down (which was legendary verging on epic), I take myself to my new bedroom and as the sun begins to set I change into my nightclothes thinking about the how much fun I have had today.  This build was everything that I was looking for and I love it!

Our " Agneza's Creativ Office" employed many  co- workers: interior and exterior decoraters, psychologist and astrologer. We know every Scorpion likes secrets  and this  house  looks ordinary only from outside but inside hides  few secrets . Our tim  tried to fulfil all Your wishes and needs. Because Your sign is  Scorpio our astrologer  suggested to build part of  Your house in undeground, ( natural surrounding for Scorpions) and the use of red color because of the Mars influence which gives You energy and  the pioneer spirit.  We didn't forgot You're a computer wiz. We arranged the place where You'll be more succesful in... (this is secret) with chinese incense. One of your psychological  characteristic is Covard and we know - you hate to be outdoor. Our  very competent psychologist  advised us to put all items You need for the expansion of your explorer skill in your home. He adviced  also not to take any travel before you are not ready. You have all appliances  you need for exercise  athletic and martial art. After reaching the fifth skill in martial art  You can teleport everywhere you want, You can get stronger when You exercise opening the secret door,  dive in dive well, breaking rubble pile, sleeping in sarcofagus.  You have also the sleeping bag, tent, camera. All this items can help to prepare You before you start exploring the world. We thought about everything and  we even made space for little garden  - good vegetables is the best solution for hungry exploer. We put grill and microvave where you can  improve your cooking skill by cooking your favorite meal - hot dog!

The foyer. Tons of room to throw a party, and even has a stereo so you can listen to music.
