Collecting Butterflies help

Hi,
 
 I do know that you can catch butterflies on the 360, however, whenever I see them flying in a group around town and hover over them, no actions come up for them.

 If you could let me know if these butterflies I see are the butterflies I can catch or if I don't know what I'm doing in general. Any information will help!

i find if you just keep click around or on them u eventually get a catch action
